I cannot even express how good this sandwich is and omg if you get the iced caramel latte too AHHHH CHEFS KISS !!! So freaking good like I audibly gasped first sip - Maija did so good with the coffee - and first bite of this sandwich. Sana made this sandwich with so much love because hello when I make it it’s so bad but she made it and changed my life. Anyways 10/10 def reccomend.

Amazing service at the end of the day from the two staff working here. Shoutout to Cyrus for great pastry recommendations and service with a smile. I usually don’t expect such good customer service especially before closing but Cyrus was happy to help and super kind. Thanks a lot! :)

Ordered Americano coffee but was not good at all, even their Almind blue horn was nothing special

Desserts and coffee are delicious. Love their mousse cake, coffee cake, coffee,and croissant.
Very consistent with all their other locations.

Just wished the tables were cleaner but they seemed short staffed.

Review for management and the manager of Erin Mills mall store- this store gets closed 15 mins before its closing time. Your employees are making your sale down. We reached at 5:45 pm and guess what? It was already closed. other stores in the mall closes at 6 pm and then do the remaining cash closing process, clearing out things etc. very unfair for the regular customers like us. I hope you take some action, Date- 29th June 2024, Saturday, Location-Erin Mills mall, Mississauga

Disgusting place to for takeout. Do I have to repeat my order at least 3 times to this Chinese lady who’s name I don’t know and still get the order wrong?Meanwhile this lady is busy giving free food to Chinese customers, I have got my order wrong twice. Not coming to this place or franchise again. Not sure why management needs such kind staff when they could hire better people.

Mouth watering pastries that remind me of special baked treats from childhood. Excellent coffee, so nice to find cold brew. Very friendly helpful staff. Erin Mills TC really needed a good coffee and special treats place. We will be back.
