Reham was absolutely amazing ! She was the best waitress. I thought we were asking for too much she made us so comfortable! The food also was awesome, I’d definitely go back specifically to this location to be serviced by Reham!

Went for the $4.99 Grand Slam special this morning. My order came and there were no shredded hash browns as depicted in the ad in the Toronto Sun. The server, Anusha G., said it doesn't come with them. That's false advertising. The coffee was $3.79! My $4.99 breakfast was suddenly $10.00. I won't be back...

The overall score is mostly for the service. i went to the September 18th Grand Slam Breakfast special where you get a grand slam for $4.99. The Restaurant was very busy but we did not have to wait long to be seated. Upon ordering I found out that there was no substitutions on the meal, being diabetic i tried to substitute Toast for the pancakes but was told that i couldnt do that. I explained my situation to the server and asked to see the manager, the server returned and informed me that they could do the substitution for me. That made me happy to see that the people there do seem to care about people diet issues which i greatly respect. As to the food itself it was below average but i get it that they are preparing the ingredients in bulk and keeping them warm in food trays for faster service though the pancakes would be made to order. considering the Grand slam breakfast is 15 bucks i dont really see a value for going here when i can get breakfast down the street for 7 bucks.
