I’m not a frequent biryani eater, but when I do have it, I prefer quality over quantity. I’ve been a regular customer of Deira Biryani, usually ordering once a week or at least twice a month, and it’s consistently been good—until now.

On 5 august 2024 placed an order at 2:00 pm on phone one large tray beef biryani and waiting for email transfer to paid for book order.At 4:00 pm call again to informed that we did not recieve any email tranfer yet on the phone number provided. Than the service rep informed that your order has been cancelled
Very poor sevice not recomended to book on phone order
Terrible service. Called to pre order. No one picked up. Walked in. Was told oh you should have called, if I didn't pick up you we must have been out of biryani. Like wth? I'm supposed to be a mind reader. The aunty had a very unapologetic attitude, no sorry, nothing. Told me to wait half an hour and see if they have anything leftover with 0 guarantees. More than anything, the attitude was just absolutely terrible. I was so excited to try, but will not be going there again.
