The worst customer service and tasteless food ever had, never going back! Won't recommend

Such a disappointing experience, only one person at the counter who was busy another customer, I wasted 15 mins only to hear that they don’t have Biryani … that was 7pm on a weekday.

An average Biryani considering the competition, lack of customer service is visible on weekdays. Decent ambiance creating a local Biryani shop. However dine in was served in take aways which was unappetizing

Beyond trash place we ordered a large biryani for pickup and transferred them the money for the order and had a family friend to pick it up and they charged them again, basically robbing us of $200. This is completely unprofessional they need to keep track of payments you can’t just charge customers twice. We also told them we’d come and pick it up for 5pm and then they call us at 5pm telling us to pick it up at 7pm… I’m surprised they have good reviews because the food isn’t even that good.

Hello anyone here, phone keep saying mailbox full, the website shows closed all week. Is this place still running?

No options were available for biryani, only one was available.
Seating was dirty and tables were smudged with oil and rice.

Terrible Customer Service, Overpriced Food, Zero Respect
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Deira Biryani. I called to place a simple takeaway order while driving and politely explained my situation. Instead of doing her job, the front desk staff repeatedly insisted I check the menu online. When I said I was driving, she rudely talked over me and hung up the phone.
I called again hoping to place the order, only to be treated even worse. The same staff member was disrespectful, refused to listen, and hung up again. This wasn’t a bad connection — this was deliberate and extremely unprofessional behavior.
All I wanted was to place an order and pick it up. If a restaurant cannot handle a basic phone order, they shouldn’t pretend to offer customer service. This incident occurred on Saturday, 13 December, between 3:50 PM and 4:15 PM.
To make matters worse, the biryani itself is overpriced and mediocre at best. There is absolutely no justification for charging premium prices while treating customers with such blatant disrespect.
Posting this as a warning: if you value basic courtesy, don’t expect it here. Be prepared for rude staff, zero accountability, and overpriced food that is nowhere near worth the hassle.

They removed the alu and alu bukhara from the biryani. Now it's just average basic and boring biryani that you can literally find anywhere. Very disappointed. Charge a dollar more but at least maintain the taste and quality.

The first time we tried its was really good but the next time we came here the taste was awful and it was not even close to what we ate first time. the employee were too busy on their phones rather than attending a costumer on front desk honestly instead of going here just drive 20 min to Chachu Ki Biyani that Biryani is worth your time and money.
