This is my first time trying Dera Biryani and certainly Biryani did not meet the hype. Taste was okayish bit my focus would be selection of rice. Poor selection of rice variety. First things that gives you the bryani experience even before masala and taste gets to taste bufs is the rice and I feel rice was too thick. Long grain but mota chawal. We have tried their veal biryani for takeaway a few times and found it to be quite flavourful. The veal is tender and well-seasoned. The rice is light, fluffy, and cooked just right. The balance of flavours makes it a satisfying and tasty dish that’s definitely worth trying!
Amazing chicken biryani!!!!
Its the perfect amount of spice (most places have extremely spicy biryani which is hard for everyone in family to eat). Their biryani is just right. The chutney is good too but wish they gave a bit more chutney as it felt very little.
Only feedback is to add potatoes to the biryani and it will be PERFECT!
