Bought prosciutto in there and when I got home it tasted so bad and old it was yellow in colour the fat around the prosciutto. I called the store and the lady was arguing with me saying it was good lol she said she sells so many and it was the bottom of the product . She never apologized or did anything she kept saying no it’s not the product . I have eaten prosciutto Parma many many times and this was disgraceful and disgusting and so was her service when I called to let her know . Never going there again .
amazing taste of cookies
cappuccino is awesome flavour . i love it
The Best Zeppleh you'll ever find
Love their gingerbread cookies. Been getting them for at least 10 years now
Amazing variety and selection of Italian products and food, although I came in only for a Italian style expresso, the lady working there went for the plastic/paper cup, I asked to be served on the typical expresso little mug, was told they don’t serve coffee in those ?! They clearly have them at the top of the expresso machine warm and ready to be used, perhaps it was a matter of not wanting to wash em after. Safe to say ruined the experience for me.
It's OK, tried the butter tarts, cannelloni éclairs. Not the most fresh ones. Infact the cannelloni was stinky.
Coffee was just ok.
Would not go back.
Authentic bakery with delicious pizza and bread. Kind and welcoming staff. Will definitely be back!! Grazie mille

Avoid after 4pm as nothing works - the oven is off, the espresso machine is off, even the staff are off. The older female actually said they just, ‘want to go home’!

Been here a few times. Service is hit and miss, sometimes a grumpy lady, sometimes someone nice.
Coffee is also hit and miss. Latte was ok last time, but before that tried a decaf one and it was absolute yaki under excracted liquid.
And maracons- oh boy, don't waste your money on those, this week I got a couple and they were soooo old, I nearly broke my teeth. Wanted to take it back and ask for my money, but realized that I already threw them in the garbage.
Maybe some packaged good are OK, but i am definitely not going back anymore to find out.

Pretty good place for some grab and go Italian food. The worker was nice and heated up my Italian rice ball. It was yummy and filled with cheese and meat.

I had my sister’s wedding on Sunday. I ordered 150 pieces of those “dark almond cookies with almonds”. I ordered them 2 days before the wedding and they were able to accommodate my last minute request! I was happy to receive them very fresh. I had a lot of our guests come and ask where we got them from because in Libya we serve this type of sweet/dessert at our weddings and special occasions.
Just discovered this great bakery. The owners were an absolute delight to meet. They have "nothing cookies" and "biscotti dei studenti" which brought back some nostalgic feelings. The bakery is super clean and prestine in its presentation. We're going to try the hot table soon! This is going to be our family bakery from now on!

I entered this bakery by chance and it was my worthy surprise given that there were many Italian and European products, they make the products in the same bakery.
The salesperson was very friendly and the products I bought were delicious.
