Literally boycotting this place after 18+ years of going here religiously minimum once a week. I purchased 12 naans today for a dawat I had and all of the naans were burnt. I was extremely embarrassed in front of my guest because I had 3 salans and no naans.
When I called the store they refused to give me the owners number and were extremely difficult to deal with and were so rude overall. I am still in shock. When I say every single naan was burnt I mean it. See the photos for yourself. I'm so uphauled by their lack of accountability and desire to do something about it. Their attitude was literally like sorry that happened to you but we can't give you the owners number and we don't have a manager you can speak to.
Not sure where customer service has gone. If y'all find it lmk.

This place use to be the best place to eat at his cooks in the last 3 years have gone down hill the food has declined the prices from 5 Bucks and a jump now being 12.50 for food that don't taste the same is sicking the place a is hell hole uncleaned filled with bugs and rats this place should be shut down I don't recommend anyone going there

Always loved this place, great food, taste and prices, staff is supper cooperative as well. They need to focus on qeema naans as sometimes they are burned at the back bcz of very hot tandoor! Rest all is excellent Mostly run by mothers that is why u get a homely touch - good work keep it up!

They overcharged when I asked, she said prices are changed. Online prices were still showing lower. Anyways, when I came home found out that naans are burnt! Very disappointed as I had guests at home and had to go to another restaurant to get more food 😬 shameful for the person who packed naans when those were clearly burnt!!

I'm surprised at the negative reviews I stumbled across this place and thought I would try it
The bihari kebab was incredible, so soft and flavorful
The curry pakora was a new try for me but was a huge hit!
Unfortunately the chicken Biryani was not seasoned well enough and was quite plain
The price and quantity make me want to come back, just not for the Biryani

We order 3 dishes . Bihari kabob, nihari, and karela mutton. it was very spicy food . Got my stomach upset and had burning sensation. 2nd the bihari kabob was not cooked properly. They may have given me old food . They may cook fresh for catering but give you left over

I just recently came across the gem and used them for catering to my daughter’s Mehndi event. The food was delicious beyond words and it was an instant hit with the guests. The service and special measures taken by the staff to ensure about nut allergy and the quality of food was amazing. My guests actually requested for left overs to be taken home. The quality and quantity of food given was excellent. The karahi chicken, veal pulao, mixed vegetables along with the shahi tukra was delicious. Thank you Desi Corner for making the event so deliciously memorable.
