This place is a hidden gem!! The staff are very warm and welcoming, knowledgeable on their pastries and make delicious lattes! I was very amazed by the taste and freshness of the pastries we got. If you want an authentic Italian cafe experience, this is the place to go!!

My experience was not the best, the pizza was hard and didn’t taste the best. In addition to that, the workers were not the nicest and the cashier had awful costumer service. Also, their card system is not good, when i tried paying got my food, i tried paying card and made me pay $5 and get my change in cash. It just didn’t make sense.

Nice bakery with a lot of options and a very nice hot table. Espresso, cappuccino, my favorites, and you need a delicious pastry to go with that. Got some zepolle boy they were so fresh, delicious, and huge 😍

This is a hidden gem! A family ran neighborhood place that makes great cappuccinos and pastries.
They also have a variety of home made, typical Italian lunch dishes that I am going to try next time I’m here.
The place isn’t fancy, but feels really authentic, NOT overpriced, which is rare and appreciated these days…

This place was a complete disappointment. The food and desserts were clearly not fresh; everything I tried tasted old and stale. The woman working there seemed professional at first, but the experience quickly went downhill. I bought macarons and a cake, both of which were terrible. On top of that, she claimed her payment machine wasn’t working and insisted I had to pay extra to make it work, which was absurd. If you’re looking for quality and don’t want to waste your money, avoid this place entirely.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. The food and desserts were all old and stale, which was incredibly disappointing. The lady working there, while initially seeming smart and helpful, completely ruined the experience. I purchased some macarons and a cake, but both were terrible—clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, she claimed that her payment machine wasn’t working properly, and I would need to pay an extra amount for the transaction to go through. It was absolutely ridiculous! If you value your money and want to start your day on a good note, I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

I wanted to use washroom first before we order the food. The lady standing in the front desk was so rude and said NO without any hesitation. My wife want to try Pasta from that shop for the first time but we decided never go back to that shop anymore and never ever recommend to any of our friends. Feels bad for the management, loosing business because of this pathetic front desk lady. Thank you and good luck.

Great spot! It’s a hidden gem in Mississauga. Good espresso and fresh pastries. I’ve been 5+ times for a coffee and a cannoli and been satisfied every time. Being raised in a traditional Italian household and living in Mississauga my whole life I’ve tried many different European bakery’s (particularly Italian and Portuguese) in the area spanning from Oakville all the way to downtown Toronto on College St. This is a great spot and compete’s with or is better than some of the more well known spots. My wife is from South America, so I’ve had the chance to have coffee from many different countries on my travels as well. Diana Pasticceria particularly stands out to me for the coffee bean they use. The espresso is great. It’s smooth, bold and not overly bitter. They have a good machine and the service is good too, it’s an Italian bakery. You order what you want and you’re on your way.
I was reading some of the other reviews…It’s not a 5 star restaurant. Don’t expect 5 star restaurant service. That’s not what this place is, it’s a bakery and a very good one.

Can’t really comment on the food, but what I can talk about was the service…. Absolutely insane how no even looked at me when I walked and continued to do whatever it was they were doing. All I went in for was buns and there was a sign that said “don’t touch we will pick the buns for you” and after 10 minutes of waiting and still no acknowledgment although there was only 1 other person sitting at the table, I used a bag and pick my buns. As soon as the lady saw me do that is when she yelled over the counter “excuse me can’t you read?” yes, that is correct! JUST INCREDIBLE!!!!! Would never waste my time coming in this bakery ever again! It is an Italian bakery that is closer to where I live, but not great at all! Even the pastries don’t look as fresh as I would have expected! I normally that the long drive to Sanremo Bakery in Etobicoke, and that is where I will continue to go! Now that is what you can call a real Italian Bakery!
