No gluten free food. No servers only an app. No list of allergens in App. Also no coffee in the morning.

Awful first experience! I am a black person and I went towards the table to scan the code and place an order. A server lady(black) came over and let me know that I can’t be here unless I want to order something. It is clear that I wanted to order something. That’s height of discrimination and how dear she do something like that. Rude

Sat down, was not greeted, offered a drink, utensils. Ordered what I thought was a burrito bowl which turned out to be a burrito (confusion because literally no one said boi in sitting at bar for 15 minutes). Snotty response when I told them I had thought I had orders a bowl. I’d look elsewhere while awaiting yo board your flight (the food stunk too).

Ordered one beer one margarita. With 20% tip $53.53. Unbelievable. If I knew ahead of my order I would not have ordered. Robbery!

My flight was delayed for a while, so i stopped by for a drink. My experience was alright. The food and drinks are way too expensive.

The bartender was kind enough and made me try a few drinks before I picked one. The food was nothing great.

Airport bar. QR code menu. Servers were too busy yelling at each other to even offer me a glass of water to drink with the food they carried to me from 20 feet away.

Tipped anyway because everyone has a bad day but it’s safe to say if there was anywhere else to eat/drink here they’d be out of business.

They were called out for tacking on hidden fees and adding tips to other people's bills which I heard several people dispute.

When I checked my bill they tried adding a 20% tip without me seeing which I removed.

Now 2 weeks later going over my visa statements I see that they charged me twice for the same thing!!

Make sure you close out your order. Otherwise you’ll pay an automatic tip and because of this automatic process, there is no accountability for providing good service.

We sat at the middle tables and ordered and paid for drinks on the QR system, only to find out after looking at my credit card statement they have changed/charged me more then what my original receipt says. Service was quite aggressive despite numerous times telling them that we're just grabbing drinks while waiting for our flight.

Elissa lynn S was the floor server, and I've never experienced such good service! Sharp weed attention to detail and full of suggestions. Food was OK, beer was cold but the service was excellent, thanks Lynn…

We had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at The Distillery Bar in Terminal 3 at Pearson Airport. After an exhausting 12-hour flight delay in an already stressful environment, we stopped in for a drink. Since there were no available bar seats, we initially sat at a table that was visibly dirty—covered in leftover food containers and drinks from previous guests. Not wanting to sit at a dirty table, we moved to the bar.

To our shock, one of the staff members, Alexis, proceeded to loudly accuse us of leaving the mess behind, calling us “ignorant women” and blaming us for something we had no part in. When we politely corrected her, she raised her voice further, continued to berate us, and even made degrading remarks about us to other patrons. Despite her unprofessional behavior, she had the audacity to tell us to lower our voices while she was the one shouting.

No guest should be subjected to such hostility and public humiliation from staff, especially in an airport setting where travelers are already under significant stress. This kind of behavior is entirely unacceptable, and Alexis should not be in a customer-facing role.

We strongly urge management to take immediate action to address this situation and ensure that no other guests are treated this way. Based on our experience, we would never recommend this establishment to anyone passing through Pearson.

Poor service, tiny food portions for the price. I out a pack of Splenda on my $26 quesadilla for scale. Atmosphere is ok but also there's virtually no other options as Terminal 3 at Pearson is tiny.
