Dear domino’s manager , I would like to respectfully suggest a change to the payment policy listed on your website regarding cash payments for delivery , currently there is no clearly notice informing customers that drivers do not carry change .this often creates confusion or inconvenience at the time of delivery😜to improve the customer experience I kindly recommend one of the following . Clearly state on the website that drivers do not carry change ,and customers should prepare the exact amount or ensure drivers carry a small amount a change ( such as a toonies / loonies or small bills ) for flexibility .or no cash accepted . I personally loves to give tips to delivery drivers for their hard work , some drivers don’t carry any change at all, this puts customers in a difficult position , sometime I end up giving an $8 or $9 tip on a $30 order😝 or staff inform drivers to carry change , I understand that around 95% of people use cards for payments ,but that doesn’t mean 5% who want to pay by cash , should uncomfortable ordering from domino’s ?

I can see why this place is getting a lot of bad reviews. The staff is just creating their own new variations of the menu. I placed an order with garlic parmesan sauce, paid extra for that topping. The lady put garlic butter instead, I heard the staff talk about something wrong with the pizza and I asked her everything okay with the pizza and she was blunt, yes. All is fine. The pizza tasted disgusting with garlic butter base. What a waste.

I ordered a pizza a couple of days ago and was debating whether or not to write a review. I ate 2 pieces and tossed the rest! It was terrible. The dough was too floury underneath! The sauce was too spicy and tasted awful. First and last time ordering from Dominos. 👎🏻👎🏻
Ordered here from the app and said it's ready. I came to grab it. Saw my order on the screen saying it's ready. Meanwhile they told me I need to sit down and wait. They're trying to look efficient for their numbers when it's get reported to corporate. It's sad. Upsetting to have to wait over 15 mins for my order despite it being statused as ready
