last time i ordered 2 piece hot choco lava cake from dominos, it was atleast packed in a silver foil cup to keep it together rather making it totally melted and spoiled and it was two separate pieces not just one big piece. what kind of quality is this? that too when i placed a walk in order, god knows what happens to the orders they deliver online. totally a disappointment for dominos franchise.
I always order from this location and have never had an issue with my order before. 1 pizza always has light cheese due to food sensitivity. However this time it was covered in the same amount of cheese as the other regular pizza was. My husband called to tell them and the woman rudely said it’s light cheese and she knows that because she made it herself. I think I would know what light cheese looks like since I always get it. Someone needs to teach her some customer service.

I ordered a pan pizza and it was literally raw. I called the restaurant and asked them to pick the pizza up and make me a new one because it’s raw, and the manager on duty argued with me saying that it’s supposed to be soft but it was not soft it was literally raw. I’ve ordered a pan pizza from the Kingsbridge location and didn’t have a raw pizza. She then said if I have a problem I can bring the pizza I received and pick up a new one. So I followed up with “well then I would like to have my delivery fee refunded when I come to the store”. The manager then said no it’s ok we will send you a new pizza. The new pizza is not much better but I’m literally tired of arguing. Don’t go to this location. Poor food quality and Poor service.

I orderd veg pizza with specific toppings, they made a mistake so i called them listened to my query no one spoke a single word for 1.5 min i called again 2 no one answered . I called for last time the girl said pls hold and then she hang up .
I was calling to get some solution but they dont care to answer the customer just want to hang up lol .

I ordered from Domino's and overall, it was a good experience. The order was ready in a timely manner, and I appreciated the open kitchen concept which looked clean and organized. The staff greeted me politely, adding a nice touch to the service. However, I ordered the Pepperoni Feast and was a bit disappointed with the portion. The pizza had around 35 pieces of pepperoni, which didn’t quite live up to the 'Feast' expectation based on the menu picture. Still, the quality and taste were decent, just wish there was more pepperoni!
