I love eating with Dominos, it's such an easy and convenient meal when I'm busy. I use their coupons every time and often save at least $15 doing that. Their in-house delivery is also great, the boys who work at my local are very nice.

The staff was good but I have never had pizza like this in my life sorry it was worst pizza ever I dnt know how much sauce they have put that it was all sour taste … i throw up whatever I ate so disgusting…I couldn't taste any cheese or like pizza I can only taste the sour taste of sauce worst even I ordered large pizza and all was waste of money and when I went and return the pizza the staff was not at all apologetic infact they were telling me we dnt make sauce by ourselves… I know they don’t make but they added the quantity soo much that it wasn’t like a pizza at all … and no one said sorry even … very rude staff .. I dnt think I will ever eat dominos pizza here again …

I had a terrible experience at this location. I placed an order for pick up and came with a little child. The child had a pee accident so I asked to use the washroom so we can clean up. I was told there’s no washrooms available and I can go to the restaurant next door and they probably won’t allow either. The lady at the cash saw the child’s soiled pants and did not allow her to use the employee washroom and everyone in the restaurant just watched the little kid with soiled pants walk out crying. Complete lack of empathy. This type of businesses who have no interest in the community or any sense of even basic humanity like allowing a little child to use the washroom should honestly go out of business. Profit only, no humanity. Disgusting. Will not be returning ever.
Update: Just a heads-up that the response here by the owner is basically a scam to show people that they are interested in resolving this and showing good customer service, which is appalling because A) how would you rectify this situation? Retrain your employees to show some empathy maybe? B) they would reach out via email every few weeks to ask more information and I basically never heard back. The owner is definitely not interested in rectifying the situation and wants to save face with their response on google reviews.

We ordered choco lava cakes through Uber and when we received it they were smashed in the box. When we called the store they were not acknowledging this and they were saying complain to uber. Poor customer service and delivery.
