I'm a big fan of chicken wings, especially those at Domino's, but unfortunately at this Domino's my wings came out raw. Terrible service. You trust that they'll give you good service with your food and that they'll cook it well. Don't buy here if your health is important to you. I spent $56 on wings for dinner, how unfair!

Train your employees. They don’t know how to take an order. They hang up the call without confirming the order or the details, when called again, the girl said yes, i am entering the order and before I could get the confirmation again, she hung up…. You need to confirm the order, delivery address and ETA before you finish the call hang up, i am surprised, dominos put people of live calls without doing any training….no wonder the bad reviews….

I've had a couple of issues with this location in the past but I wanted to update my review since it's been a while since I've had any real problems with them.
First of all, they are hands down, the best pizza in this neighbourhood. I've gotten some petty crappy deliveries from all the other nearby pizzerias and the reason why we return to this one, even after we've had issues, is because, they seem to at least address problems and prevent them from happening in the future.
We usually have our stuff picked up. It's faster and cheaper. But we have had them delivered before.
Issues I've had in the past:
1. Extra sauce when we've requested easy on the sauce.
2. Toppings not spread evenly across the pie. Or not having the correct toppings (we once got pepperoni on a veggie and it was a pain trying to get the correct one delivered to us).
3. Not having enough toppings.
It's obviously not been enough to make us stop going here. It's still our favourite pizza place in the area. We will keep going here. And we highly recommend Domino's.

Stay away from the Domino’s at 2855 Derry Rd E Mississauga, ON if you care about your health.
I ordered a cheese bread and received it with raw dough inside. When I returned it, the staff member who prepared it claimed that serving undercooked food is part of their “procedure” and even admitted he doesn’t know how to ensure it’s properly cooked. Instead of taking accountability, they kept repeating this excuse, saying “that’s how all Domino’s do it.” That’s simply not true—I’ve ordered the same cheese bread many times from other Domino’s locations near me, and it has never been raw.
According to them, the only way they know if the food is cooked properly is if a customer brings it back. This is not only irresponsible, but it’s also a serious food safety issue. Terrible quality control and even worse customer service.

I often order from dominos but at this very location of dominos they are least bothered about food safety & hygiene as they do not wear gloves while making pizza. The girl at the counter who took the order, started to make pizza even without washing her hands. I am suprised that such a big brand is keast concerned about food hygiene. So pissed off as i am regular customer of dominos since 2008

Terrible Service at Domino’s Pizza – Absolutely Unacceptable!
This Domino’s location on Derry Road in Mississauga is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I called SIX times, and each time they picked up and immediately hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful!
To make matters worse, they claimed they completed my delivery through Uber Eats, but the order never showed up, and they still took my money. When I tried to get answers, they provided no help whatsoever. This is outright theft and an insult to loyal customers who expect better.
I will be reporting this location to Domino’s head office. You are tarnishing the reputation of what was once a trusted pizza brand. Do better!

Parking: There are roughly 20-30 spots but there are other businesses at the same site; it is a little messy getting into the parking lot and out onto Derry road. I picked my food up at a high traffic time.
