Food is great no doubt, staff is untrained. Forgot to give cutlery, forgot one item on the order, charged way less than actual price. Apparently, it's a trend where they charge you incorrectly. Either the owner has no visibility or no interest in running this business but something like this will surely make this franchise bankrupt.Train your staff, update your outdated ordering system and pos application to give accurate pricing.Writing this review as menu is great and in proximity.
Horrible service I ordered a milkshake 32 minutes ago and still haven’t received it
My friend and I had the global warming and waffle on a stick, and the dishes were pretty good! The waffles were nice and fluffy, the chocolate and ice cream tasted good. I would say that the marshmallows weren't as chewy as I'd like them to be. Server Rose was great and I enjoyed my time there. This place is Halal as well. Will be coming back!

First time at "DUNK Burgers and Chocolate" and you have to go! It’s the cutest little spot with amazing food. The "Say You Love Me" is to die for. Would definitely come back to try another wonderful item on their menu!
Got the cheese burger and it was pretty good. Staff are friendly and serve on time. Would recommend to family and friends to check out

I had very bad experience they got my order wrong when i asked to fixed the lady gave a rude attitude. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
I recently tried the Khowsey and man they were delicious, finished off with a yummy warm crepe oozing with warm layers of mouth watering chocolate. Plus the owner is amazing, super nice and friendly.
