Eat My Sweets Bakery/100% Peanut & Tree-Nut Free

Great nutfree bakery in the heart of Streetsville in Mississauga. This is a family owned business. The staff are friendly and helpful. Treats are great.

This review is for their pre-made squares. I'll assume the fresh made cakes are better.

I have a ton of allergies which means I haven't visited many bakeries in my life. So, I don't have high standards. I got 4 different squares for 4 dollars each (no bulk deals either). They all tasted raw/undercooked and old. EXTREMELY sugary, not much flavor besides sugar sugar sugar. Lemon square was just sugar and artificial lemon extract. Apple pie square tasted of raw flower.

I'm not a baker by any means and I've easily made better desserts than these from online recipes.

2 stars for simply being nut free. I hope they can improve the quality of the squares because now I'm weary of ordering anything custom from them.

I got exactly what I ordered. The buttercream is real buttercream which is hard to find these days I find. It never has that richness.

This was my first time coming here and will never return. Extremely rude customer service by MJ. I went in to buy some valentine’s stuff and she was not helpful at all from the moment I walked in and showed me attitude . When I asked what flavour the cookies were she said “as the sign says ..” instead of helping me and showing good customer service. Extremely unhappy ! Will take my business elsewhere !

I went in today excited to see a nut free bakery. Of course everything looked great behind the glass. I chose a red velvet square to try out. When I got home, it was as hard as a rock. Even at room temperature it was hard, even warmed up it still was. Definitely a big disappointment. I was expecting a dense cake and this was far from it. AMD it definitely was not fresh. When I called, I was told that it was from ‘this week’ (?!) … for $4 for a small square… and from a bakery.. it should be be fresh same day. I will stick to my European bakery instead, at least it’s fresh daily.

Ordered Christmas and regular squares. They were all very tasty, I personally loved the Apple crumble and Ginger

Absolutely delighted to have discovered this elegant and welcoming bakery. I visited today and was assisted by Michelle, an incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional individual. She answered all of my questions with a smile and helped alleviate any concerns I had regarding possible tree nut/peanut ingredients. She took my cake order and asked exactly how I wanted my custom order to be made. I tasted the chocolate and vanilla cupcakes and they were absolutely delicious. I am picking up my cake this Saturday and will update my review with pictures! Can't wait!

Today I bought different short breads and strawberry vanilla jam from sweet & eats first time. All items were amazingly tasty and of no 1 quality. I noticed that the top quality is because of pure butter used in baking products, otherwise the bakers mostly use oil which affects the quality badly. Again soon I will go to Eat My Sweets and try other items too.I recommend if someone like quality baking products he must visit E M S.

Eat My Sweets made all my vintage style wedding cake dreams come true!The cake looked so stunning. It's like they took the image from my imagination and made it real. Nailed the style, the heart was so cute, and the piping was perfect. They even added shimmer to make it shine. It also tasted amazing. All our guests commented on how delicious it was. Perfect amount of icing and so moist. The lemon flavour is simply to die for. My husband is already talking about ordering another cake to enjoy at home!

This is my go to place for tasty nut free dessert options. The cakes/pies are beautifully made and delicious!! Our family’s favourite is the tiramisu and the apple pie.I also love that you can order online! It’s very easy/user friendly, and they have lovely pictures of all the desserts.Customer service is wonderful as well. They always call to ensure that my order is correct. This is another reason why we keep ordering from this company-super organized and always friendly.

Stopped by around 3:30pm to try their selection. They were actually sold out of many selections. Picked the double chocolate, lemon pie, and 3 various cheese cake offers. Wow!!! Really good stuff. The staff member was friendly and cordial.

Ordered an apple pie for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful -loaded with apples and a delicious crust -I requested cinnamon in the pie with no nutmeg and they obliged -best bakery in Mississauga!
