This time she even remembered my usual customization and confirmed it with me â which was a nice surprise. It made me feel like a valued regular, not just another order number. Great customer care.

I had a very nice experience at Edo Japan restaurant. The food was fresh, hot, and very tasty. I really liked the teriyaki chicken and rice. The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the sauce was delicious. The portion size was also good.
I also tried a vegetarian dish. I ordered the veggie yakisoba. It was very tasty and full of fresh vegetables. The noodles were soft and the flavor was very good. It was a great option for vegetarian people.
The restaurant was clean and the service was fast.
A girl name Taniya Sharma was very kind and helpful. She greeted us with a smile and made sure our order was correct. She was polite and gave very good customer service. Because of her friendly nature, our visit was even better.
I will definitely come back again.

The young Asian male that works there doesnât care about nothing what so ever. It was 8 oâclock about an hour till close. I went to order their chicken and shrimp teriyaki noodle bowl which cost 20.99 which is insane. He gave me little meat (beef) barely cooked the veggies forgot to add mushrooms did add 2 pieces later from a uber order. He was rude, dry and overall wasnât very nice. The meat taste burnt and flavourless. Worst food Iâve tried this year and over priced especially for the poor service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE âŠ. Once the worker makes the food worth ZERO LOVE it will forever be TRASH!!!! Square one location is OFF LIMITED!!!

I've been there a number of times and the staff were quite friendly. Sadly, they seem to have permanenty closed sometime before September 30 because the store has been boarded up. The Square One web-site there are temporarily closed though.

Used to come here alot when it first opened but unfortunately had to stop after noticing they serve less chicken in their teriyaki :( itâs been two times now and the most recent barely had any chicken, but way more veg.
