We had a great experience, it did get a bit bright in there sometimes with all the windows. This location is in a gas station parking lot with only 2 or 3 parking spots for eggsmart and it doesn't have any gasoline smell! Busy little place. We parked in the lot beside the petrol, its like a less than 30 second walk to the front door.

The service my first time here with a young girl at the drive through window was great. She was so bubbly and friendly. However, the food itself was mediocre at best. Soggy toast. Watery eggs. Soggy potatoes. After telling the nearby hospital staff about this place, we decided to try it again together. They say they open at 7am however on Oct 27th they weren't open. I waited. I saw them go in at 710. I tried calling multiple times. They wouldn't pick up. This is a drive thru location. They wouldn't open their drive thru window or remove the pylon so the cars could get in. Hospital staff start latest 730am so I had to leave. At least we know not to support them going forward. Terrible terrible service for this reason.

This place feels like family from the very first step into the restaurant. You feel the warmth, it’s just hard to describe. The service staff was attentive and the food itself was tasty. I would definitely visit again. It was well worth the trip. Much love and blessings to the entire Eggsmart team.
Showed up at 2:20 p.m. today and the store was already closed, despite advertising as being open until 3:00 p.m. There was a lady inside cleaning the tables and she just looked at me pulling at the locked door and looked away.

Went through drive through and waited half an hour, had to shut off my car and no one came out to tell us how long it was gonna take to the point I had to go in and ask what’s wrong. she said it’s gonna take longer, people are yelling at her”( she also forget our order and messed it up). So unorganized definitely won’t go there for a second time again. The girl working the drive thru messed up our order as well and I had to wait longer to the point we left because it was looking like we would have to wait an hour to get our food through drive thru…… be so for real right now. Fire the employees and get some new ones…. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE( don’t open drive thru if we have to wait more then 15 mins to get our food defeats the whole purpose of it…

Terrible service waiting in the drive-through over half an hour and then I was told it express drive-through and I should not be making adjustments to my order for instance removing something from the item I’ve selected I honestly would never use their services again and I would like to give them this one star rating. Rude & terrible service
