This is a nice casual place with generous portions. We were there on a Saturday after a bike ride for brunch and enjoyed the fare.

I always order the western sandwich from here and the description clearly states it comes with chipotle aioli. Every single time, without fail, there is NEVER any sauce on my sandwich. Not a single drop. Even when I ask and pay for extra, I still don’t get any. Remove it from the description if you can’t afford to put a smidgen of sauce on your dry ass sandwich.

I’ve had the egg burrito with steak at a Eggsmart in Milton Regional rd and derry to be exact, and it was fully loaded with potatoes, egg, green peppers, onions, and steak smothered with Mole sauce and your sides, pico the gallo, guacamole, chipotle sauce on the side. But at this location I got a mediocre portion of a burrito, mole sauce and everything else I just mentioned with out any of the sides.
I WAS INTRODUCED TO THIS PLACE FOR THE FIRST TIME. I STAYED FOR 10 MINS BEFORE THEY ATTENDED TO US. I THOUGHT MAYBE IS BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN (BLACK MAN) WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE WAITRESS SHE HUMBLED APOLOGIZED I FELT GOOD AFTER. I CANT PUT HER NAME BUT SHE TREATED US GOOD. THANKS .

The food is great and the staff seem friendly, however the drive thru wait time seems unnecessarily long. I'm not sure if it's because they are understaffed or if Drive thru orders are 2nd priority.

Unfortunately no longer a regular customer. Been here countless times, it's my daughter's favorite place. She even chose to come to eggsmart for her 7th birthday out of any other restaurant. The waitress was/is always very kind. However, today we went before church. Gave ourselves enough time to have breakfast. Table beside us was seated 15 minutes after and ordered well after we did. They advised they were in a rush and the waitress told the kitchen to put their order in before everyone else. Their table was also bigger than ours. Even after telling the waitress that we have to make it to church, our meals were still put on pause for peoples food who came after us. By the time my food came, I did not have time to eat it and had to get it packed. Waitress provided complementary fries but this was of no use as being packed it is now soggy. I was understandably upset as I was not able to eat until 2 hours after church. I am never one to ask for extra treatment, only to just not be a lower priority than others.
