Went on a Sunday brunch with family. Staff was very welcoming. Unlimited coffee refills and food is good. We were served warm and freshly made pancakes and eggs. We enjoyed our breakfast in a very relaxing and quiet environment.

The staff was great but not management. My girlfriend found plastic in her food and the food was not comped. The waitress was very helpful but the management failed at maintaining food standards. Very poor management skills.

My experience was not the best. The waitress, Manuka, was great and helpful but the management was not. I found a piece of plastic in my omelette and my meal was not comped. I bite into the plastic and even though they replaced my meal, in this situation I would have appreciated if it would have been comped as food safety was very low As management, it apart of the job to ensure all standards are met and if not, to sure that the issue is fixed accordingly.
Menuka, our server, was amazing! Her ability to provide exquisite customer service is an example of how every establishment should run. She gave delicious recommendations and was super sweet , attentive to our needs and honest. Will be back.
