poor service, finally arrived with hair

Terrible service.

Food came 40 min later with hair in the burger! These folks have no food safety standards!

I ordered the Crispy Chicken Benny. While it looked fantastic on the plate, the combination of chicken and egg didn’t quite work for me—the textures and flavors just didn’t blend well. Others at my table ordered different dishes and were much more satisfied with their meals, so it might have just been my particular choice.

Aesthetically, the restaurant could use a little love. Aside from one wall with some artwork, the space felt pretty bare. Most of the other walls were just plain and white, which made the atmosphere feel a little dry and uninspired.

That being said, the service was absolutely excellent. The servers were attentive, kind, and had genuine smiles on their faces the entire time. They checked in on us often and made us feel really well taken care of.

Atmosphere was cool but a little cold/drafty. Food was good but a little overpriced. Servers were nice but a little inattentive.

I came here for brunch with two friends on a Sunday afternoon in March. We made a reservation for 1pm and we were seated right away.

The service was pretty slow, it too awhile for anyone to offer us water or even take our order.

I decided to get the Iced Coffee with a shot of vanilla in it and the Cilbir & Spicy Potatoes.
The coffee was not good, honestly it was so incredibly watery, that I asked if any vanilla was added or any coffee because it truly tasted like water. They offered to remake it for me, and I agreed. While it was better, it still wasn't amazing.
The Cilbir & Spicy Potatoes was good, the POA he'd eggs were cooked well, and the labneh was seasoned well. The pita bread was actually delicious too! The Spicy Potatoes were a bit heavy for me. They were toasted in a spicy sauce and drizzled with oil which I think was a bit much for me.

My friends ordered the Chicken and Waffles, Halloumi Croissant & we got the Lotus Biscoff Pancakes to share. Both of those were delicious but also really decadent. Additionally we ordered curly fries on the side, but our order was forgotten.

Overall the service was not the best. They were pretty slow, but they were friendly. It really felt like the servers were just inexperienced and we're having a tough time during the Brunch Rush.

I'm not sure if I will be back, there wasn't anything that was so amazing that I need to come back for.

The food was below average and the service was hopeless. They are very rigid on not making any changes/adjustments.

Nice place for brunch! They take reservations which is really helpful to plan a date with family and/ or friends. The location looks like an abandoned place, but it is because the right entrance is around the corner. A sign would be nice providing directions, because it can be confusing. Decoration is nice and food is good. Nice place to visit.

Late pickup of order

My first time at Eggstatic. Thank God they take reservations online now because every time I've gone there the wait has been so long, we ended up dining elsewhere. They were extremely busy on Sunday afternoon. Service was slow. They took 20 mins for our coffee orders. Food took even longer
But the food was delicious and worth the wait. I got the Nashville chicken eggs benedict. What an unusual delicious dish! Combined my love for eggs and fried chicken. The hollandaise was flavourful and had a kick of spice. The eggs were well cooked and salad seasoned perfectly. I would definitely return.

If you’re thinking of heading to Eggstatic Mississauga, be prepared for a long, cold wait—and I mean really long. The place seems to think it’s some kind of exclusive club, but instead of a VIP experience, you’re stuck standing outside in freezing temperatures while they scramble to turn over tables. No heat lamps, no proper waiting area, just a lineup of hungry (and increasingly frustrated) people shivering in the cold.

Once you finally make it inside (if you haven’t frozen solid), you’d expect the service to make up for the wait, right? Wrong. The staff seems overwhelmed, orders take forever, and by the time your food arrives, you’re so drained from waiting that even a decent meal wouldn’t feel worth it. Spoiler alert: the food isn’t even that great.

So unless you enjoy frostbite as an appetizer, I’d suggest skipping this overhyped spot and finding a place that actually values its customers.

Easily the worst place to eat in the area.
Good luck finding a table here if you come for breakfast.
I have a question to the management, if even during brunch time, you expect so many people to pour in, why do you not upgrade space?
What are we expected to do, stand in the cold for a table we booked?
I cant believe I spoiled my brunch because of these guys.
Don't go there, this is a scam!

Service is EXCELLENT. Super sweet wait staff, not too long wait for food. I do recommend making a reservation so you're not waiting for a table. Food was good, good portion size but I felt just a little overpriced otherwise, a good overall experience.

Horrible service went there today morning for breakfast to celebrate my friends birthday, mentioned to the server that I am here for my friends birthday instead of doing anything special she forgot to bring my friends food, I had to ask a different server that we have not received our order, coffee was served without milk and by the time we got milk coffee was cold. Service is horrible total waste of money and time. I will never go back or recommend anyone
