If I could give 0 stars I would. Repeated my order over 3 times still got my order wrong. Got corrected when I picked up my food and when I got home I still had missing items. Don’t ever order a combo there because you just get a drink IN A CAN for an extra $5. We asked what the combo included and it was the exact same thing with no combo just get a drink added. $10.25 for chicken fingers and fries, if you add a drink its $15.35. Food wasn’t ready when we got there but then when we got home it wasn’t even fresh and we drive not even 5 mins. Would not recommend. We got told over the phone it would cost $110 got there and it changed to $125 because he claims I didn’t say combos when I did got witnesses. the extra $15 was just for the drinks (3 drinks in a can ). We asked for ketchup and he said oh we don’t give them because they are old? .. why do you still have them at the restaurant then?. Over priced , over charged, food not fresh and they don’t know how to listen properly for orders. Never going again.

Amazing food and service. The wings and fries were delicious and fresh. The service was phenomenal and I would highly recommend. The portion was huge for the price and it was well worth the money spent. We will definitely be returning customers!! 10/10!!!

I ordered 2 lbs of wings, paid nearly $33 (plus tip) and got 16 wing pieces total - and SMALL wings! A pound of wings should be 10-12 pieces, not 8 shrimpy pieces. Not at all pleased with this. Total rip off. Way better wing places for a better price.

I bought this food on Thursday, Nov 9th and it’s now Sunday and my kids are still sick from food poisoning. We bought the spicy garlic parm boneless wings & Friday fries. Fries were just ok but the wings tasted rubbery and off. Stay away from this place unless you wanna be sick like a dog for daysss!!

Worst place ever. Went here before, but customer service went downhill. The wings weren’t saucy and the manager Harshit and Gagan very rude and yelling at me for no reason. I called back, to tell them about wings Gargan hung up on my phone, literally got tossed to 3 different I went to the store and the guy named Gargan was blaming us for being to late to get wings which okay, but to avoid this big problem all he had to do was make new wings for us or give us the refund he did none. As a joke he offered 50 percent, they can keep their money. I need the manager Steven to contact me otherwise I’m going to Ontario health board and reporting this joke of a place. All they had to do was apologize but no apparently to Gargan he was just trained to argue couldn’t even make the wings right. Scam of a place and all the people I recommended this place too, I will Make sure they don’t go.

Absolutely terrible food and service. We ordered wings only to get wings with no sauce and with blood on the inside. When called for a re-order as we were ready to return the food, the employee (Gagan) hung up. Open arriving to the store, dropped off the dirty blood-in wings and asked for a refund, Gagan started raising his voice and proceeded exude threats, simply for asking for a refund. Don’t come here, you’ll get dirty food with terrible service. Steven the manager didn’t care to solve the issue either. Waste of time and money.

I recently visited Epic Wings, a popular wing restaurant, and was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the wings I ordered. I opted for 1lb garlic wings, 1lb Cajun wings and 1lb BBQ wings, and all of them tasted amazing. The garlic wings were cooked to perfection with a generous coating of garlic seasoning, and the Cajun wings were delightfully spicy, leaving a satisfying tingling sensation on my tongue. The BBQ wings were also delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness and smokiness. Although the food was great, I was disappointed by the steep prices. At $70 for three pounds of wings, Epic Wings is undeniably overpriced. The wings are definitely worth trying, but the high cost can make it difficult to justify a repeat visit. The atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable with dim lighting and high ceilings, giving it a cozy feel. The staff was friendly and prompt in taking our order, and the wings arrived at our table in record time. However, it would be nice if they had more variety in their menu, as their options seemed limited.Overall, Epic Wings is a great spot to satisfy your craving for wings, but be aware of the high prices. Despite the prices, the tasty wings and friendly service make it worth a visit.

ABSOLUTELY horrible my wings had no flavour plus I ordered off skip the dishes two pounds of wings but only got one & when I called to tell them they forgot half of my order the guy who answered Blamed it on the driver not knowing the driver was right infront of me who had my bags completely sealed. Obviously this it some type of scam and I do NOT recommend this place at all.
