I had a totally amazing experience with the Espresso Planet team. I was interested in upgrading to a dedicated espresso machine but was not 100% sure which unit would be the best fit for me. I walked into their showroom and was greeted by the staff and asked if I needed some help. I told them I came in to look for an espresso machine but I did not know what model I was looking for and I just wanted to browse around first. After 20-30 minutes getting to know the brands and their offerings I asked for some help and was offered a few demos on all the machines I had singled out. The machines were turned on and I was given a few great demos so that I could touch and taste the differences in models. At the previous store I visited none of the machines were turned on and I had to go with the advise of the sales team which was not what I was expecting, especially when these machines cost over $3k. I would like to see and hear them running. That is why I would definitely recommend coming here... the demos were not rushed and the process that allowed me to make up my mind and pick the right machine for me was perfect. After getting home and setup my new machine, I was so happy. After a few weeks now I am still so exciting to come home after work and make some specialty drinks for the family. Thank you for the excellent service and support. I highly recommend Espresso Planet and am very happy with my purchase!

Horrible customer service or even interest in helping out. Showed me one option and was completely uninterested in what I was looking for. Sale associated name was Sam. Didn’t care. Didn’t even bother trying to help. Spent a total of 3 mins with me. I bought here in the past. Never again. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere where the care and try to assist.

We purchased a pair of grinder burrs from Espresso planet which were supposed to be Rancilio OEM burrs. Our original set lasted 10 years and these are now two years old and useless. When my husband pulled them from the grinder he realized they do not have the Rancilio logo on them and therefore were not OEM as they were advertised at purchase. He emailed the company last week with no response so far. Be careful as they may not be selling parts as they are advertised. They could be cheap replacements not OEM as was our case.

My saeco machine wouldn’t grind the coffee bean. Brought it in. They vacuum and clean the entire machine to make it work without charging me a penny. This is my go to store. Highly recommended.

Upon entering with inquiries about a Bunn Brew commercial machine for my new business, I was assisted by Sam in locating the machines and making comparisons. After selecting one, I provided my information, and was informed that I would receive a quote via email if the item was in stock etc... However, two to three weeks passed without any communication from Sam or Espresso Planet. Upon following up, Sam apologized for forgetting about me, mentioning that he lost my details, and requested the information once more. This lack of professionalism wasted my time, prompting me to seek services elsewhere.

Recently spent time evaluating and purchasing a semi-automatic espresso machine and I have to say their sales person Sam was a charm to work with. He was patient, answering questions and knowledgeable about the two machines I was looking at. I hastily purchased the week before Black Friday and after visiting Espresso Planet's website the week after my purchase ( I was ordering beans) I discovered a lower price on the unit I had purchased. When that lower price was brought to their attention they didn't hesitate to refund the difference. I thought it was the right thing to do however I'm sure there's some operations that would challenge that. Ill look forward to dealing with them in the future if and when I need a different machine and Ill be purchasing the beans that they sent as a sample during the purchase process. They're the "6 Origins Blend" beans and I quite liked them ! I'll update this review in the future if ever there's a need however to date my dealings with Espresso Planet have been totally positive!

Wanted to quickly share a great experience I just had at Espresso Planet. I brought my DeLonghi machine in this morning as it wasn't working, they took the time (almost an hour) assessing and fixing the issue on the spot and told me there was no charge. What an unexpected delightful experience, thank you Espresso Planet!
