Stayed at the Fairfield Airport prior to flying out for a family vacation in Florida. I must say I was very impressed with the service provided by the front desk, they were informative about the morning shuttle and offered a breakfast to go since we were leaving quite early. The room was very spacious and clean, with lots of pillows and the best was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will make this my go to hotel when flying out of Toronto!
This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting, hair was everywhere, sheets, floor, sink, disgusting. Residue on the furniture, garbage under the bed, it didn't smell fresh. I was talking to the housekeeper in the hallway and she basically hinted to me that no one really cares about anything in this hotel and they cut as many corners as they can to save money, so all of the rooms may not get cleaned thoroughly so no one works overtime. YIKES! The front desk staff was very uninviting, they were too busy chatting in the back of the office to care, when I needed assistance it felt as if I was bothering them. The breakfast area was very unsanitary, flies, staff touching food then changing the garbage, not wearing gloves, eating in the kitchen where guests can see, not being attentive. The restaurant staff in the evening were very laid back, it was almost like they were just hanging out with each other at a bar, not professional service for the price I'm paying. I was very surprised, I was referred to this hotel from a friend who said it was great. I called him to let him know of my experience and he was shocked, but he hasn't stayed there since 2020 (pre-covid), so something must have changed since then. To sum it up, I will not return to this hotel or refer anyone. This hotel needs better staff.
A pretty good experience overall. The rooms were nice and clean and well taken care of. The shuttle service to the airport runs every 30 minutes and is pretty much on time. The morning breakfast was pretty good. Some hot food. The waffle maker was having issues when we were there.
I stayed here on the weekend of July 29 - August 01, 2023, to attend a funeral with a group of family members. We stayed in two large rooms (both booked under my brother-in-law). The hotel is older, but it seems some renovations have been done, and the rooms and beds were adequate. On the second evening, after the funeral, I needed some time to myself, and decided to have coffee, while sitting in the lounge by myself. I was completely startled when one of the front desk staff (Sam), approached me and barked "Are you staying here?" Shocked, I managed a "Yes". He responded with a rather curt "What is your room number?". I was honestly bewildered, as I travel extensively for work, and have never, ever been questioned as to my reason for sitting in any hotel lobby! I can only guess that perhaps Fairfield constructed custom lobby seating for looks only, and encourages their staff to police common areas to ensure that seats are not being used. Either that, or something about myself made him question whether I could afford to stay at a prestigious 3-star hotel such as this one. This hotel is not accessible without a vehicle - perhaps Sam thought I walked from Pearson Airport all the way to the hotel in order to steal a free night sitting in his lobby?! Either way, I was quite disappointed, and would hate for any human being to have to endure such a disgustingly unsettling experience (after a funeral, no less!). I can say with confidence that I will not patronize this hotel in future, and will ensure that my travelling coworkers avoid this hotel as well. Waaay too many hotels in the vicinity of Pearson Airport to have to put up with treatment that poor.
Great spot to stay for an overnight in Toronto. Airport shuttle was timely and very convient. I found the staff very helpful and kind. There is a restaurant on site which is very welcomed for weary travelers (also a bar!). I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in TO, especially for overnight airport stays.
I spent time looking for a decent hotel and to keep my car parked during my 7 days out of country vacations. Hotel, personel and shuttle were amazing. Everyone was friendky and pleasant, to accommodate our requests. Shuttle was on time with very friendly drivers. I felt welcome and I felt safe to leave my car on their parking. Highly recommended. I will definitely use it again.
Excellent Hotel with great staff. Clean, great bar and restaurant which was truly welcomed after a very long trip from Yellowknife. My sons enjoyed the pool and I the gym. Dana, at the bar made me feel at ease with her excellent customer service and positive attitude. She made my trip worthwhile while winding down an exhausting day!
Food was decent, prices about average. Was worth the money I paid. No

Was on a long Layover and took a hotel so my kids wouldn't get too tiered, stayed at the Hampton Inn and was suggested to have a meal at this restaurant. Unfortunately I can't even comment on the food as I never got to even taste it. Sat with my family for over an hour before half the food was brought out, then sat for 20 minutes watching the food as the waitress never even brought cutlery to our table. She said she would be back and for 20 minutes she was stuck behind the bar serving ppl. It was a busy place as their was a large sport group eating as well but they only had 2 ppl working both bar and service. Very poor management. We left and never even got the chicken fingers or pizza we ordered for our kids brought out to the table. So I had 2 hungry, tiered and cranky kids at the end of it. Very bad experience unfortunately...

We arrived at the Fairfield Inn near Toronto airport after a horrific experience at the NU HOTEL down the street. We were flying out the next morning as we decided we could not stay at the NU HOTEL as we did not feel our vehicle was in a safe location and the place looked extremely sketchy. We arrived to the front desk with the friendliest staff ever. Myu was so very helpful, they had a room and parking in a safe lot with many cameras. Much to our relief we were able to sleep in comfortable beds and a beautiful room. We felt our vehicle was safe and will certainly book there again and give this place 5 stars. We will also suggest to any friends and family that they stay here if doing a Sleep Park Fly. Once again we would like to say thank you to Myu for being so accomodating at such short notice.

Grey location near Toronto Airport. Park and fly option made out travel so much easier. Shuttle was on time and check in process very easy and quick. Room as gorgeous and very well equipped. Very reasonable pricing compared to other park, sleep fly hotels in area. This will be my go to hotel for future trips.
Needed a one-night stay for a long layover in Toronto, so we chose this airport hotel. Decision was made based on close proximity to the airport, availability of free shuttle, and good value offered in TripAdvisor Plus rate. The hotel delivered. We waited less than 10 minutes for the shuttle to take us to the hotel.Check in was smooth and easy. The room was a decent size and had the usual amenities such as a safe, mini-fridge, coffee maker. Included breakfast buffet had the typical hot and cold items.
Beware of 3rd party bookings on line. Try to find out if you have been sent to a USA central booking and hang up. Book directly. They are so miss leading on line. But the front desk was so helpful in making up for all the problems caused and did us proud.
The large room and comfortable bed were great! However, I was expecting better service considering the hotel is part of the Bonvoy group. Complimentary bottled water would have been very appreciated especially after a long flight. Very unfortunate. Also, what's up with all the disposable plates, cups, and cutlery at the buffet breakfast?? Very dissapointing.
Good hotel nice and close to the airport. Room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle was on time and very convenient. The restaurant was closed and there are some others within walking distance but only if the weather is ok.
