Ordered a chicken burrito bowl and all the chicken was raw

Stopped in and had a wonderful lunch. Everything was fresh and made correctly.

i love the burritos and the service a location opened up a few months ago in my area and i never tried it before so i went in and had a burrito and fell in love with the food the restaurant is my favorite now for burritos and i love there service the rideau street location is amazing the staff are polite and very helpful

How is it possible to forget to put the sauces mentioned every single time I order? It’s been like the 4th time this has happened on Uber Eats order. The burrito is always super dry.

I don't usually write reviews and mostly appreciate good service in person but today i need to describe the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant.
Firslty, the person didn't entertain us and we had to wait 10 minutes until the person completes the Uber order for which there was no one to pick. Moreover they have written for faster service please order online?what if someone needs help with the order and wanna make customize the order as the app doesn't show all the needed customizations.
When he packing my burrito I saw that it was a bit loose and when i opened it everything was oozing outside in the bag but i didnt have time to ask them to make it again. When i reached home pulled beef was completely dry and it felt like it was made a week ago.
In short i spent money and time to have such a bad experience. I have been to alot of fat bastard burrito but trust me this was the last time at Fat Bastard Burrito.
Please hire people who know how to make burritos and provide better customer service.

Staff members were friendly. The lady working in evening professionally took care of our order from start to end. The tofu burrito bowl I ordered was prepared so well with everything added generously. Thanks for the extra hot sauce ? 5/5

I did not need to eat the size of burrito that was delivered to me. But I could not stop once I started. It was too delicious. I ate this whole thing. I’m still full. 5/5 dopamine boosting comfort food

Ordered 3 burritos. None were labelled for the third time. Paid extra for the sweet potato and didn’t receive any. Frustrating since this continues to happen at the Lindsay location.

The process for getting double protein for free due to having a Goodlife membership is complicated and the staff was not trained in how to do it. They asked for my tag, government ID, and app and it seemed like they were trying to find any way to not give it to me.

Then the person serving me said they ran out of guacamole for today (at 1pm). I asked if they could offer me a free drink instead as it was not fair paying full price for something with a portion of it excluded. Suddenly they remembered they had more guacamole in the back, clearly showing they were too lazy or too cheap to get a new bag out. This was unfair to any of the customers that were before me who also missed out on free guacamole due to the laziness of the workers.

As well, the bathroom was out of service. Which was a huge inconvenience since I needed to wash my hands before eating.

I would not return here again if the same people were working and the above was not handled.

Got burrito bowls here and they were so filling and satisfying. Great customer service also !
