I’d give this place 2 stars because of the portions size! I ordered a chicken burrito and I was eating lettuce and sauce.. the next time I went same thing the bowl had little chicken when I asked for toppings they put the smallest amount including the guacamole. To be fair the staff is friendly but the portions are really small compared to different locations I’ve been to.

Worst service takes soo long have only one employee and was busy and i had already ordered online for my pickup but they didnt gave me mine order the people were coming after me and getting there orders but they didnt give me my order just giving excuses we dont give preference to online orders our owners say. This doesnt make any sense customer is customer no matter whether he orders online or offline. Worst restuarant i ever visited.

While the purchase experience at this location is undeniably commendable, I couldn't help but notice a subtle shift in the generosity of burrito toppings under the new ownership.

Perhaps a cost-cutting strategy that leaves patrons longing for the days of more bountiful fillings. Still, if you savor a delicate balance between quality and quantity, this place might just hit the spot – as long as you don't mind your burrito bowl a tad leaner on the toppings side.

Ample and free parking available.

Fav burrito place

Hi,
I was just at fat bastard burrito and ordered through the app order number 12059661.

I ordered 2 big burritos as part of the special and she put less than 2 spoons of meat in each for the chicken and the pulled beef. Barely any meat in the sandwich.

When I got home to eat there was a large part of the sandwich where it was just bread and sauce that I was eating. I can't believe at normal prices that this burrito is 15$ where a large part of the sandwich was bread.

So for the small burrito it's one spoon of meat? I can't believe how empty the sandwich was and this would be my last time to visit.

Terrible service. At least learn how to speak English more clearly & improve the communication skills. Food quality is awful too. Don't bother coming here. This place is really on the decline. Not many people come here anyways. Definitley not worth the time or money.

Went in for one of their power bowls (carb crusher) and left very happy. Staff were friendly, establishment was clean, and food was delicious. I’d never been to Fat Bastard Burrito before but I’ll definitely be coming back 👍

Genuine worst fast food experience of my life. Placed my order through the app ended up waiting an hour to be told the delivery driver was not coming and that the order was getting transferred to an uber delivery. The order got transferred and I ended up waiting another half hour for uber to cancel the order. Called the location and they said they were busy with customers and could not process the refund but offered for me to come in instead to pick up the bowl.. I came in to an empty restaurant where they again offered me the bowl which I paid an extra $5 to have delivered and I just requested for a refund. Had to wait for staff to call management for another 15 minutes at which point they gave me the cash refund, unbelievably poor service thankfully there are 3 better burrito spots nearby.

Stopped in and had a wonderful lunch. Everything was fresh and made correctly.

i love the burritos and the service a location opened up a few months ago in my area and i never tried it before so i went in and had a burrito and fell in love with the food the restaurant is my favorite now for burritos and i love there service the rideau street location is amazing the staff are polite and very helpful
