Taj, the gentleman who served my drink, was very polite and professional. I felt welcomed when I sat and the bar and he invited me to have a drink and relax. He was tentative to my request and helped me select which type of drink I wanted, which was helpful since I was exhausted from the chaotic christmas week. So nice that Taj made me feel at home in my home town even though I haven't lived here for twenty years!
Dietary restrictions: Taj was very helpful in helping me choose what type of drink I wanted, which turned out to be gin and tonic and explained there are several types of gin. He made sure that my order and experience was the best it could possibly be. He has a charismatic and congenial manner, he provided me with the best mix for my taste.

Be careful at this establishment when ordering drinks. I looked at the app and decided to order from the bar and pay cash as the app was making me pay a tip automatically. The server decided to give themselves a tip, showing the app(iPad) and calling it a tax when it was the tip %.
