Hands down the worse meal I have ate in years. We had an omelet and benny. Stay away. It makes A&W appear gourmet. Had we not had a flight, we would have sent it back..

Ok place but don't eat here if you don't have 1.5h to spare between flights.

I was so pleasantly surprised by Fionn MacCool’s in Pearson Airport (Terminal 3)! Travelling can make it tough to find good food, but this spot really delivers. The butter chicken bowl was absolutely delicious - rich, flavourful, and beautifully garnished, with soft, warm bread on the side that felt freshly made. I also really enjoyed the mimosas, which were perfectly balanced and a nice treat before my flight. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, making it a comfortable place to sit down for a proper meal instead of just grabbing fast food. Service was friendly and efficient, even with the busy airport crowd. Such a great option if you’re flying through Terminal 3 and want something tasty and comforting with a touch of quality - way above typical airport dining! Oh, and by the way, if you need to buy water or drinks to go at the airport, this is the cheapest place for that, as other stores charge close to $10 for a water bottle.

Your staff need some serious training. The amount of attitude and horrible hospitality was ridiculous.

Wasn't a fan of the shepherds soup tbh. Like lasagna it's hard to mess up, but here's we are

Waiter (Shaji) was not very polite, we watched him put clean silverware down on a dirty table then seat someone there. Fruit flies buzzing around our table the whole meal. Spent 20 minutes sitting waiting for the bill, he didn’t ask us if we wanted it seperate then acted as if it put him out to seperate it. Charges for guacamole we didn’t ask for. Not impressed.

I have never witnessed more inefficient service in my life. No one cares to take care of or even greet customers when it’s not even busy. Lack of communication and care between staff.

Clearly there is something wrong with management letting tables be sat by hosts and left for 10+ minutes without being greeted and no server in sight while other staff members walk by and let guests continue to go unattended.

**Peter seemed to be the only staff member with out his head up his bottom and paid attention to what was going on around him & only reason we didn’t walk up and leave, however continued to observe the rest of the restaurant staff to not work as a team to provide a guest experience, which I guess doesn’t matter in a restaurants where you’re not looking to have guest return for business

I would skip it and go anywhere else in the terminal.

Stopped by Fionn MacCool’s hoping for a decent meal and a bit of Irish hospitality. What I got instead was something straight out of a bad sitcom. The server looked and acted like Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons, complete with the same level of enthusiasm.

They actually charged me for water, which set the tone for the rest of the experience. My friend ordered a premium rye and soda that tasted anything but premium. The “nachos” were mediocre at best, more like a sad taco salad buried under a mountain of shredded lettuce. I ordered guac and chicken, but for the price, you’d think they were rationing both by the spoonful.

I don’t mind paying airport prices when the quality or service justifies it, but this was neither. Between the underwhelming food, disappointing drinks, and lackluster service, I’d recommend skipping this spot unless you enjoy disappointment served on a bed of wilted lettuce.

Worse service I’ve ever had. We had an older , tall male server and from the minute we sat down we felt rushed to leave. He tried to take the menu from our hands while still trying to order and barely let us get our order out before trying to take the menu. Not to mention we wanted to add an appetizer and when we tried to he said “ thats a lot of food “. Very very rude person all around. Even the host that brought us to our table was rude and snapped at their co worker before showing us to our chair.

Don’t waste your time here unless you want the rest of your day ruined and want to feel like a crap person.

The server was very rude, we weren’t even done ordering and he snatched the menus out of my hands before I even said my side to assume fries, then went to ask for an appetizer and was told we’re ordering a lot of food, ok we’re about to wait 4 hours for a flight maybe we want to take some with us?

The staff here are all very sweet. I like to stop here for breakfast before a flight because the food doesn't disappoint.
