I'm a single female travelling alone and needed to use the bathroom while I was there. I asked the server if I could move up to the bar to leave my drink with the bartender but he said no and to just go and come back. I asked him several times and made it clear I was uncomfortable leaving my drink unattended and he said it would be fine.
Everything else was ok but as a woman I don't like to risk leaving my drink alone and the one person you're supposed to trust is the server/tender. So for him to refuse to let me leave my drink at the bar was weird and made me uncomfortable.

For airport food it isnt too bad. The service is friendly but theyre very busy so you might need to get their attention.

Terrible service. 40 mins after we placed our order we walked out. Two groups came in after and within 15 mins both groups were eating. Server made excuses that chicken fingers are quicker to cook than fish and chips. I guess they had to catch the fish first at this establishment

If you have Celiac Disease save yourself the stress and eat a big meal before you come to Pearson Airport and try to eat. They have 1 salad they can modify to be safe, 1 burger/sandwich chicken or steak. That's it. No fries, no mashed potatoes, nothing but a side salad is available for a side. Definitely feel like an after thought and not a potential customer. Guess it doesn't matter when you have the customer flow of an airport. Very disappointed and hungry.

If you're in the airport and you're looking for a place that sells food and drinks, and also offering a place to sit and consume them, then look no further - this place does those things! Finding this place came as a huge relief, as the grouchy TSA man at security stood over me with his arms crossed, shaking his head and watched as I poured out the entire 24 pack of Labatt 50, one bottle at a time. He told me I was lucky he didn't catch me with a pack of cigarettes or he'd have forced me to smoke every last one until I learned my lesson. All of that is to say that I was overjoyed to get into this little Irish oasis and savior several steaming hot pints of stout! Prost!

Don't waste your time. Staff is barely moving. Four servers were standing yapping while we were waiting to make an order. No one cares about customer at this place. End up leaving the place before anyone decided to get an order. Not sure if it was a bad day for them or what?

Best airport food I've ever had. So good that we ate here both en route to our holiday, and in transit back home. We ordered the exact same meal both times: shepherd's pie, French onion soup, bacon cheeseburger, cesar salad to share, caramel carrot cheesecake. Food is fresh and delicious. High end pub food. Shepherds pie is to die for - peppery meat, creamy mashed potatoes. A+!!!!!
Jirina was an excellent, attentive server, and the manager Komal came to check on us after our meal. All around great service.
