Really really disappointing. Ordered for the first time online for pickup for ASAP. Ordered at 11.12 am. Ordered wasn't ready untill 11.36( i came at 11.29 and they said they are working on it..definitely a lie as they acted like they don't know the name i told them, then the girl went and checked the screen and saw it there for the first time). In store only 3 costumers which are already eating. No way that 2 medium subs take over 20 minutes to make, especially with 4 workers ! Very disappointed with the service. Management needs to see this because this is unacceptable. This is the point of an online order. I go to many firshouses, this one will be avoided and the people which go here will be advised not to go as ive reffered many people . since arriving, it took them 7 minutes to make it. Which indicated that they lied and they only started to make it once i arrived.

Staff was just friendly, respectful. Food was well made. Sometimes you go to fast food and they barely acknowledge you but this was a much better experience. I think the man who helped me was named Kishan and he really stood out. I wish all my other fast food experiences were like this and i would be leaving in a much better mood.

The staff is rude specifically Nitin. I placed an order but all he says is, name name name, like I placed on app, I’m showing my receipt. He’s like I’m not going to give any orders without name. Which is so unprofessional. What made it bad is his tone and attitude, he can explain nicely. He shouldn’t be doing the job if he’s so miserable doing it.
Will not be returning and do not recommend to anyone else! Just learn to be nice, be professional! He is being rude to every single customer. It took 30 minutes to have one sub ready.
