Firehouse subs are excellent. My husband was diagnosed as having to go gluten free and we were so happy to see Firehouse not only offers a gluten free bun but it’s also delicious!!

I received moldy bread with my firehouse meatball sandwich. I came in for lunch with my colleagues, super excited as I normally love firehouse subs. After ordering my meal, I received a warm meatball sub. After taking a couple of bites, I happened to look at its bottom and saw a massive mold spot on the bread. I immediately notified the manager, who, to their credit, did offer to give me another sandwich. But after seeing moldy bread, I had completely lost my appetite. I was more concerned about getting sick. I sent in a complaint to the firehouse's corporate email. Someone reached out for more details, which i provided. I haven't heard anything since then, and it's concerning as I would hope some actions were taken to fix this potential public health issue. I will not be going back to firehouse subs.

Manpreet was fantastic at approaching Mac,guiding me through the firehouse way, was patien, personable and polite.

sandwiches used to be great, but today I ate a brisket sandwich, and more than half of it was fat!!

I would prefer to increase the price than reduce the amount of meat inside it!
