I’ve been to this location a number of times in the past. However, this is the first time I’ve had to wait 20min+ for the food. There were a number of other customers that had to wait even longer for their food.
Food quality was fine but be prepared to wait.

Wow. Just wow. Your staff at Mississauga, Ontario, Canada location today, Saturday November 29, 2025 around 5:15pm were perfect. They looked like a well oiled machine. It was really busy and they were focused and on top of each station. Further, a customer was tlaking to his girlfriend about wanting ketchup, but the machine was low, one of the staff caught on before he had the chance to act and started the process. The cashier took the time to get peanuts for another guest as the box was empty. One was refilling plastic containers for kitchen while another cleaned tables. It was magic. I really enjoyed watching such a well trained, dedicated staff make it look easy.

How is it possible that they don't have change for a 100 dollar bill?
They lost a $44 sale. I won't be returning to this restaurant. Very poor service!
If I could give zero stars I would! My husband showed up at this place tonight at 10pm and they had closed and locked the doors and started cleaning. He knocked on the door and said “you guys close at 11” and a girl came out and said “sorry our system isn’t working” such a classic LIE! they have done this before it seems their system seems to always work until 10:00?? …Last time it was 10:15pm…These ppl have such horrible customer service. Those staff members just want to go home early, they should all be fired!!!!! THURSDAYS THEY CLOSE AT 11!! See pics!

Five Guy's Burnathorpe in Mississauga. I ordered some food from 5 Guy's tonight through Uber. It was cold and not what I ordered..never again It was not securely closed.Therefore an opportunity for tampering was easy to do as you can see. When ordering FOOD SECURITY is The PRIORITY.

It’s was very whatever service and food, not bad but also not good or great. Won’t hit the spot if your craving simple classic burger …the buns were cold not toasted and doughy, for a spilt second i thought I was eating wonder bread buns 👎🏻
