After waiting for so long for my order - because the crew maybe new or something but they seemed like reading line by line from the order ticket- the meat was super cold also the fries… very bad experience

This place is one of my favourite burger joints. The staff is very attentive, taking your order as soon as you walk in. The food is absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection every single time. Obviously, with all five guys, the extra fries scooped into the bag is always a win.

The hamburger was predictably good although another good thing about five guys is how they double fry their fries which this place does not do.
I'm not sure if it's a training issue where they're completely oblivious that they're supposed to double fry or if they simply elect to opt out of doing so hoping no one would know any better.
Five Guys is one of the only places outside of Eastern Ontario and Quebec where you can get a decent poutine BECAUSE they double fry but instead, this location serves them white, pasty and soft which end up just being bland and gross in a poutine.
I'm aware staffing restaurants is a challenge and I'm used to being somewhat disappointed ordering poutine outside of Quebec but this is just a complete lack of F's from the staff and the owner for not keeping up the quality of Five Guys.
Closed at 8pm on a Wednesday. Drove here for nothing.

I had a bad experience at this Five Guys and filled out the survey on my receipt about it. The manager, Andrew, reached out to apologize and offered to send me some vouchers to make up for it, but never sent them. Bad service and lying manager… not cool Andrew.
