I had an amazing experience at Fooddelicio Restaurant and Grills. The quality of the food was outstanding, and every dish was prepared with authentic Nigerian flavors that instantly brought back wonderful memories of home. Stumbled on this amazing spot while searching for a good Nigerian restaurant close to the airport.
Long story, it was the first place I went to after we landed back in Toronto.

Staying in a hotel ahead of a trip through YYZ and search for naija cuisine around. Settled on the fooddelicio based on the great reviews. Happy we did.
Had the Grill platter and happy to report that all the food slaps the correct way 😄! Decent portions enough for 2 hungry people to share without leftovers remaining. Special callout for the suya...meat was juicy, tender and well seasoned! The smokey jollof is worth celebrating... Also had the sobo drink which tasted authentic...
Also happy to report that we made a return trip the next weekend and ordered same items and we had same culinary delights to the extent we ordered a tray of jollof to-go.
Will be adding stopover any time we come to the YYZ - Mississauga area.

Food was amazing ! The jollof rice and beef suya tasted great. The only complaint I have was the service, did take a while to get our drinks, and food. But overall, we’ll definitely come back.
