A mixed experience — some hits and some misses. I tried most of my favorites here:
• Croissant🥐 Tastes good, but it would be perfect if they could heat it up.
• Onion soup: Quite good.
• Today’s soup (Minestrone): Not bad.
• Cajun chicken sandwich: I didn’t enjoy this — the thinly sliced chicken reminded me of Vietnamese sausage, and the flavor wasn’t great. 👎🏻
• Walnut bread: Really nice! 🍞

Unfortunately I think this place may not be for me, the desserts were a little heavy and didnt have a rich taste i usually associate with small pastries of this type. I got a raspberry vanilla cream rectangle (not the exact name) and a chocolate croissant, which was also a little on the oily side for me. However I do think ill be back to try some more of the baked goods like bread and cookies, as those looked good and had some discount piles (I'm always a fan of reducing...
The pastries are good overall—especially the almond croissant (very flaky and buttery) and the chocolate mousse cake, which is light but indulgent. Their macarons are popular, though in my opinion...
