4.2 / 5 - food was tasty but some red flags all over the place. Plus it was $40+ for one combo and one extra burger.
1) got the 4oz and the 6oz prime burgers to try both. 2) got the Cali-fries to try.
- there was “Cali sauce” or the house sauce kind on all the items in the bag. So I was cleaning my hands before eating. -fries themselves are fresh and amazing. The Cali-fries are smothered in sauce (see the pics). With sautéed onions in the middle and some unmelted sliced American cheese. Won’t get again, but fries or poutine I’d do. -burgers were good. Tasty all around, and a lot going with the toppings and extra add-ons. But not worth going out of your way.
Overall, staff was nice and professional. But the place has a bit of a dirty vibe. Single washroom was pretty filthy. There is no recycling, so everything including the plastic straws all go in the garbage.
Decent experience. Food has potential. But pricing to value was off for me.

This was the worst poutine I’ve ever had. The cheese curds were cold, like they were taken straight out of a processed bag—even though they claimed they were fresh. The fries were way overcooked, hard, and clearly left sitting under the heater rack for too long. On top of that, it was overpriced for such a small portion. Definitely not worth it.

We try to make Fresh Burger an automatic stop whenever we come to Toronto. Tonight we were treated to not only the usual fantastic, wish-this-could-last-forever burger, but also graced with exceptionally friendly counter service from a young gentleman named Nithin. He obviously enjoys making the Fresh Burger experience a great one from the time you arrive until you leave. Very genuinely personable. Once again, we are completely satisfied and our next visit can't come soon enough. Oh, and if there were airplanes landing nearby, we didn't notice as we were distracted by an awesomely great meal.

Burgers are really good, it doesn’t matter what size you get. Combos are a bit expensive but quality of meat and fries is much different than at other fast food restaurants. Can sit outside and watch airplanes take off.
