My first visit here was honestly disappointing. I had asked for vegetarian options, but the attendant seemed uninterested, and the suggestion of adding fried yam as a protein didn’t work out well – it was soggy and lacked flavor. That left me hesitant to return.
But on a recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised! This time, the owner himself attended to me, and the experience was completely different. The burrito and quesadillas he prepared were spot on – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The vegan options like ground soy and tofu are especially well marinated and add a delicious, hearty bite.
It’s clear that when the food is made with care, this place can deliver some truly fantastic vegetarian and vegan options. Definitely worth giving another try when the right hands are at work!

I visited Fresh Burrito to redeem my birthday reward, but had a very disappointing experience. The staff clicked and redeemed the coupon, then told me I was not eligible. After calling the supervisor and getting no response from the manager, I was told to come back later — which is not a respectful way to treat customers. They failed to honor their own offer, wasted my time, and left me with a poor impression. Poor customer experience, and I do not recommend this place. I highly urge the management to look into this issue to prevent it from happening in the future.

What’s with the attitude of the staff? It’s not like I’m ordering for free. I bought a burrito in store, and the server did not even bother asking me choice of sauces, veggies etc. I literally had to mention everything twice. It was my first and last time visiting this place. No wonder it’s mostly empty.

Ordered supreme fries. It was undercooked and in the name of toppings we only got a tbsp of veggies and it was tasteless and fries tasted very cheap as compared to to other locations. The fries were completely bland so had to get another sauce and they took 10 minutes to give a sauce. The guy at the counter was doing nothing except the bills and the girl who is not even trained yet which is not her mistake was doing everything alone and slowly which again is not her fault as she was not trained properly. When my friend asked the guy for sauce he said she will give it you while she was making an order and he was doing nothing. Pathetic!!!

“FOOD IS CHEAP, OWNER IS CHEAPER “ Absolutely the worst Fresh Burrito location I’ve visited. The lady behind the counter was super stingy with portions barely gave any toppings or meat, and acted like it was coming out of her own pocket when I asked for a little extra.
The service was so bad it ruined the entire meal. Management at this branch clearly doesn’t care about customer experience. I’ve tried different fresh burrito locations and they offered the same portions and topics even on taco Tuesday deals.Strongly recommend avoiding this location plenty of better burrito spots nearby that actually value their customers.

Extremely poor hygiene and service conditions. I’ve visited this location a few times, and each time it’s been a mess. The moment you walk in, you can see how unclean the space is. The food prep counter is dirty, and the machine used to press burritos is covered in layers of old black residue — looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages.
On top of that, only one employee running the whole store was sweating nonstop while cooking and serving food. This is clearly an understaffed and neglected location, and it raises serious concerns about food safety and cleanliness.
Definitely not what you’d expect when eating out. I won’t be returning — and I hope management takes action soon.
