I visited Freshii today for lunch and ordered the Salmon Poke Bowl along with a berry smoothie. Both were super fresh, delicious, and felt very healthy — exactly what I was looking for. The bowl was flavorful and satisfying without feeling too heavy.
The only drawback was the long wait time — around 20 minutes, which felt excessive for a salad-style bowl. I expected a quicker turnaround, especially during lunch hours.
Overall, great taste and quality food, but service speed could definitely be improved.

We ordered 2 strawberry banana smoothies and the lady who was making our smoothies “Gagan” had her back turned towards us so that we wouldn’t see what she was doing . And what she did was cut up and put rotten bananas with the ends of bananas that are ideally supposed to be cut of anyways and thrown into the garbage - put into our smoothies thinking that we didn’t see what she did but before she could blend the smoothie and hand it over to us , I caught her and confronted her and asked why she put rotten bananas into my smoothie (like the whole banana was rotten black - that’s how bad it was !!!! ) and Gagan’s response to us was “whats wrong with the banana- it looks fine “ .
My question to the owner and the staff of this freshii location is - before serving this type of bad quality food items to your customers do you think to yourself “ would I drink a smoothie with rotten fruits in it “ ?!?! WOULD YOU ?!?!
Also keeping in mind customers are paying $11 + for a smoothie from this resturant .
There were also 2 other staff member just standing in the back while there were 3 others customers waiting in line to be served and none of the staff members came out to serve them till about 5-7 mins after they waited. Like customer serve really isn’t a priority anymore - the owner should really get his/her staff trained properly . What a disappointment!
I am highly upset and will never go back to this location . I highly recommend others don’t go here either and don’t waste your time!!!!

This girl ‘Gagan’ at the counter has some real attitude problem. Been here a few times and she has been consistently rude. No etiquettes of greeting the customer. Last time she made me and my colleagues feel unwanted. Staff should get some basic training of customer service and atleast have a smile on the face and not an arrogant behaviour. Not coming back here

Never rely on this store to prepare your order on time. I had my clients waiting for food and it was prepared late by 40 mins. If the store has decided to take up an event, they should have more staff or mention a delivery time that was feasible for them. Pathetic service!

I live and work closer to another location - but I always drive or order from this (Airport Road) one because of how friendly the staff is and how accommodating they are with different orders and requests! Ekman went the extra mile today and I appreciate that - Thank you!
I am a regular freshii customer and have been to several locations. I always order the Oaxaca bowl (veganized) and it's consistently good. I did have a mediocre experience at this location because my food took way longer to be prepared and the staff weren't friendly (perhaps this was because of the lunch rush). Regardless, I spent most of my lunch time waiting for my food and ended up having to scarf it down during a meeting.

Good portions and nutritious food. Only problem was their was way too much peanut butter sauce in my satay bowl. The enormous amount of spicy peanut butter sauce made my food taste bitter. . I loved the kale caesar salad though.

I had a disappointing experience at the location. A mix-up occurred when an employee mistook me for an Uber driver pickup. To make matters worse, my order included edamame instead of the crispy wontons that was supposed to be included in my bowl, echoing similar issues mentioned in other reviews. It would be more customer-friendly if they greeted everyone in English rather than assuming everyone speaks Punjabi. Additionally, the excessively loud Indian music within the store was an unpleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I don't plan on returning.
