I had a disappointing experience at the location. A mix-up occurred when an employee mistook me for an Uber driver pickup. To make matters worse, my order included edamame instead of the crispy wontons that was supposed to be included in my bowl, echoing similar issues mentioned in other reviews. It would be more customer-friendly if they greeted everyone in English rather than assuming everyone speaks Punjabi. Additionally, the excessively loud Indian music within the store was an unpleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I don't plan on returning.

Wow! Healthy and delicious. Couldn't ask for more. I was a bit skeptical as I love delicious food and know that trying to balance the two is not an easy feat. Unfortunately this is a bit on the expensive side for a lunch out everyday but still worth for a good indulgence.

Clean, healthy vegan foods. Wish salads were a bit cheaper, but you pay the premium for fresh ingredients.Clean restaurant, staff is very good.

I go to freshii almost everyday, I tried this location for the first time today. I ordered market salad bowl and it literally has 0 strawberries in it. Why should we pay the full price when they are not even putting everything that's in the menu! Really

Very very slow service.. Owner should hire 1-2 more persons for atleast office lunch hours.. Huge line ups…… 20-30 mins wait time…..

I got a really old and spoiled chia seed pudding violating food and safety protocols. Upon purchasing a container of chia seed pudding, I was asked by the staff to taste and assess its freshness. In good faith, I sampled a small amount and reported that it appeared to be fit for consumption. When I went home I tasted more of the pudding I realized it was beyond spoiled. Super disgusting. It is totally wrong for a staff to ask the customer to check if the food is spoiled or fine. If they knew it was very old. They should have not offered me the pudding and make a new one. This happened Jan 17th between 3 and 4 pm.

Terrible service . they are taking waaaaay to long to scoop ingredients into a bowl.. 1 hour wait . I ordered a kale ceaser salad. barley any kale and a mountain of sauce was disgusting . I will not be returning to this location

Takes 1.5 hours to get you food and staff not doing a good job on the food. Manager should look into this location. running out of rice and quinoa for the lunch rush.. then having to refund half theb orders..
