I ordered the Cobb Salad with chicken and it was very good! I asked the young man which was better -tofu or chicken- and he recommended the chicken. It was fresh and chicken was warm. I enjoyed the salad and service was fast. Staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend the cobb salad!

The lady in the counter has zero manners, what an unefficient service. I’m in line and she made me wait 10 minutes while changing the garbage bags, I finally order, I’m the only one in line, I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes for a wrap, asker why I haven’t receive my order and then she just starts preparing the order. Asked for my money back and then she says she cannot give me my money back. She called her manger who takes another 20 minutes to show up. What a waste of time! The manager is another useless guy same as the cashier.

My experience at Freshii was awful!!!!! The food quality was terrible, and the customer service was shockingly rude. Despite asking three times for mayo, the staff completely ignored my request. It was clear they couldn't care less about providing decent service. I won’t be returning and would advise others to think twice before visiting

Got the tex mex burrito. Good size, good price, tasted fresh and rice/beans nice and warm. Was ready super quick. Seating right in front of the freshii.

Worst wrap I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been to many many restaurants and had many many wraps - and this is the worst one I’ve ever had. The taste was just awful. Do not the the wrap here!!
