I ordered a freshi bowl with extra protein for shrimp. Literally I got just 4 pieces and got paid $15. Honestly there are so much better options out there like burrito bowl which are way better. To be honest the shrimps were not fresh. Looks like the processed ones.

I stopped by Freshii today and honestly didn’t expect it to be that good. I got the Buddha’s Satay bowl and it was way better than I thought — super fresh, warm, and the sauce was perfect. You can tell they actually use good ingredients.
The staff were really nice too, and the place was clean which is always a plus. My order came out fast even though it was a bit busy.

Good Food, Terrible Hygiene I was enjoying my salad and planning to become a regular, but that changed quickly. A family, who appeared to be the owners or acted like they were, walked in and went straight behind the counter to make their own bowls from the customer salad bar. To my disgust, none of them washed their hands, wore gloves, or put on hairnets. They just dug in. Seeing such a blatant disregard for basic food safety from the owners themselves was appalling and immediately turned my stomach. If they do this in front of customers, what happens behind the scenes? I couldn't finish my meal after that. Despite the fresh ingredients, I will not be returning due to these unsanitary practices.

Using hands to pick up the ingredients and quinoa? What is happening exactly? Got utensils to use once I asked. Will never return to this location.

they clearly don’t know what a smoothie bowl is. i ordered a smoothie bowl and got literal mango juice as the base! and the cashier argued with me saying smoothies are that liquidy.

I have been to this location and enjoyed the food but today was quite poor. The romaine in the wrap was wilted and rusty and i asked for no cucumber. I understand custom is difficult and I just picked them out so no big deal there. Seemed expensive for poor quality - fresh it was not.
