I stopped by Freshii today and honestly didn’t expect it to be that good. I got the Buddha’s Satay bowl and it was way better than I thought — super fresh, warm, and the sauce was perfect. You can tell they actually use good ingredients.
The staff were really nice too, and the place was clean which is always a plus. My order came out fast even though it was a bit busy.

Good Food, Terrible Hygiene I was enjoying my salad and planning to become a regular, but that changed quickly. A family, who appeared to be the owners or acted like they were, walked in and went straight behind the counter to make their own bowls from the customer salad bar. To my disgust, none of them washed their hands, wore gloves, or put on hairnets. They just dug in. Seeing such a blatant disregard for basic food safety from the owners themselves was appalling and immediately turned my stomach. If they do this in front of customers, what happens behind the scenes? I couldn't finish my meal after that. Despite the fresh ingredients, I will not be returning due to these unsanitary practices.

they clearly don’t know what a smoothie bowl is. i ordered a smoothie bowl and got literal mango juice as the base! and the cashier argued with me saying smoothies are that liquidy.

I have been to this location and enjoyed the food but today was quite poor. The romaine in the wrap was wilted and rusty and i asked for no cucumber. I understand custom is difficult and I just picked them out so no big deal there. Seemed expensive for poor quality - fresh it was not.
The worst service the lady made my smoothie wrong and told me I can fix it but you need to buy a new one

If I could put zero stars I would. The staff doesn’t listen to the order, will put multiple ingredients that were supposed to be removed. Will try to gaslight you into thinking they made the right item. I called ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait. I arrived and had to wait another 20 minutes for my order just for it to be wrong on top of everything. I ordered a sesame crunch SALAD and they tried to give me a wrap. I then had to reorder on Uber eats and then STILL got my order wrong. I’m not impressed this isn’t the first second or third time this has happened either. The staff needs to be held accountable I’m spending 80$+ per order and they can’t even get it right. Also it’s the same lady that always messes up my order.

ordered an office lunch for 20 people on fairly short notice but this location was happy to help! The customer service was prompt and very friendly including the driver that delivered the food. The wraps and salads were delicious!! Thank you so much and will definitely order again!

Overpriced Cobb Salad for the quantity. Picture is after I shook the container to mix. Lots of empty spaces. Even if it’s 9.99 as a Tuesday special. Should still be a little full.
Disappointing considering Chipotle is in the same plaza and you can get triple the quantity with meat.
Place was clean and service was friendly. BTW - 3.99 for a combo is also over priced.
