I got 2 bowls the ahi tuna and Oaxaca with steak(spelling?) My husband and I were actually pleasantly surprised fresh ingredients and the delicious sauces. Staff was nice in helping me order since I've never been before.
The other comments below saying they rather go to quesada or subways is a joker. Quesda down the road has rude staff and they do no have good fresh ingredients. The prices are almost the same too. Freshii also accepts gift cards unlike quesada.

Worst ever freshii location I have ever dealt with I went on Friday to this location, I ordered salad from this location ( take out) which have hair in it when I brought the salad home same day I made a call the lady name Navjoot (who works there ) was nice I informed her she said you can come for replacement anytime and she was apologizing I said ok but when I call next day I spoke to a new lady name Mandy she said let me call to my manager first then she call me back and informed me I can get my salad but only regular I told her whatever I paid for I will get the same one however they should better accommodate me but when I arrived to the location as I live in Milton and their location is in mississauga the store was closed I arrived around 09:35 pm and the closing time for their store in google show 10 pm so I was so upset and updating this review because I am tired of these kind of unprofessional restaurant just inform your manager to get back to me asap

Very disgusting experience at this restaurant via doordash takeout. Order was delivered very fast so food was not sitting out. I got half way through my salad and discovered old, mouldy, and slimy lettuce in my salad and I am so disgusted. I immediately threw it out. Absolutely revolting. Will not be ordering from here ever again as they clearly do not take health and safety seriously and cannot inspect their lettuce.

Got a Buddha Satay burrito with tofu. Came out to $15.50 with tax. Tho the flavor was good, it was mostly rice and the sauce isn't that spicy. For the price I'd rather go to Quesada or Subway. The 4th or last screen of the menu changes every couple seconds.
There are many vegetarian and vegan options. They have a info guide on their website.
At 4pm on a Friday, there was only one customer that was eating so I didn't have to wait. There was only one employee there.

The level of service is consistent and very good. Everyone I encounter is lovely and professional. Herin is excellent and was the person who made my first Freshii bowl. He took the time inquire about my preferences and made suggestions based on that. He and everyone there greats me genuinely and remembers my unique order. I highly recommend this location.
