Love that just about everything here starts vegan or vegetarian and staff is very knowledgeable on what toppings are vegan and which are not.
The Oaxaca Bowl comes with a dairy based dressing but it can be replaced by a few that are dairy and egg free (our fav is Thai spicy peanut butter). This time around the quantity was good, sometimes the quantity is way less.

The Oaxaca bowls have no Oaxaca cheese lol, but are made well with fresh base ingredients such as kale, brown rice, crispy wonton strips etc.
Here's my gripe, this place is only worth it for a salad essentially or if you're vegetarian.
Added in chicken and steak. Get a tiny portion for what you pay for and it's that rubbery ready made chicken and steak you get...

We gave them a big order in the afternoon. They served really fresh food. Rice & Quinoa were cooked nicely & they were hot as well. Their Spicy lemongrass soup taste was on the spot. I really enjoyed having my food even after half an hour, it was still very fresh.
