Usually I really like Freshii and I appreciate that they're a healthier alternative to fast food. However, I ordered a Chipotle Cheddar bowl with steak at this location and it was awful. The steak was grey, chewy, and clumping together. The rice had no flavour and was completely unseasoned, there was hardly any sauce on it. I work 5 minutes away and by the time I returned to work, I had to microwave it, it was cold, dry, and most certainly, wasn't fresh. I spent over $16, couldn't eat more than a couple bites, and they only filled the bowl barely above halfway. Not worth it at all. Sadly, I would not recommend this menu item and would opt for other locations over this one next time.

I visited this place first time with my friend and the person who attended us Kam was really kind, humble and friendly. He helped us deciding the order by explaining the menu so well. There were lots of vegetarian options as well. I was going with the chicken salad but then he suggests the steak salad. We ordered as per his suggestion and the salad bowl was really yummy. My friend had Falafel salad and she really enjoyed that. Kam did an amazing job with the salad bowls. I would love to recommend this place to everyone one and definitely go back to this place again. They also have Chia pudding for a quick desert which we saw while eating our bowls and after finished our bowl we asked Kam for the Chia Pudding Desert but he mentioned to us that he made only 10 pcs per day. And the last pcs just got sold out. But as i am saying he is so humble that he made a small pudding for us with strawberries and cold yogurt with coconut powder on top. It was really yum and he didn’t charged us for that. I would definitely recommend this place as they have delicious salad bowls and also because the person who attended us Kam was really amazing person. Thanks Kam.

Healthy option when eating out. Vegetarian options available. Food is fresh and quality is consistent. Freshii can perhaps consider refreshing their menu from time to time. Don't find enough reasons to keep going back. For the price, the amount of protein in a serving seems on the smaller side.
I love freshii but the food quantity at this location is underwhelming. There is a clear difference in the salads purchased at other locations and this location. I’ve sent pictures to the email contact in the past and no one has bothered to reply. I bought another salad today and once again it’s less than the average portions. I don’t appreciate paying $18 and not getting what I paid for.

My wife and I ordered 3 bowls on Uber eats. 2 bowls didn't have the extra chicken that was ordered. The other bowl didn't have dressing. $50 for 3 bowls of dry rice and quinoa with a sprinkle of vegetarian toppings. What a rip off.I wouldn't be so upset if even the bowls without the chicken I paid for, had more than 2 mL of dressing and wasn't just dry cold rice and quinoa.We used to like freshii, but never again will we be buying from any freshii location. Tons of better options out there.
