This place was fantastic. Had the Falafel and Salad bowl. Everything was actually very fresh (true to their name). Had a chat with the owner-operator, who runs it with his family. They really put a whole lot of effort into service. 5 Stars from me. Would be AWESOME if you could carry HALAL and LOW CARB options. :)

My boyfriend and I ate here after a round of golf at Braeben Golf Course and it was the perfect dinner. Healthy, filling and delicious! We got a bowl, a wrap and a smoothie and everything was great! The service was friendly and inviting. We will definitely be back after this experience!

Wow, extremely small protein portions relative to other Freshii locations and the quantity of their bowls have become smaller overall. As of right now, I'd recommend the Erin Mills location over this one.

I tried the smoothies last time and they were good, this time it was terrible. They were really busy and I believe the employees switched tasks in the middle of making my smoothie. They must’ve forgotten ingredients because it tasted like water and wasn’t even blended properly as there were chunks. Only finished it because I was hungry and didn’t want to eat waste $7 for it…

Service is fine but this is the WORST LOCATION in terms of the actual food. I usually get the kale Caesar and at this location it’s basically kale. Very little chick peas and barely any quinoa. For the price, I expect more than just a bowl of kale sprinkled with chick peas and quinoa.
I love freshii as a company but this specific location disappoints me every time i order through any delivery app with them, always forgetting the additional items that are paid for on my bowls. How do you forget to read the entire order? when ordering through a delivery app i expect convenience, not the worry that i just paid for extra items to not receive them and then told to report it through the delivery app every time, lame excuse for lazy workers.

I always used to get food from freshi and few times from this location but today i made an order for breakfast and i ordered a salad with putting chia seeds. Firstly, the amount of bbq sauce that was on the salad is insane!!!! To the point it felt like i was only eating bbq sauce, and the chia seeds was disappointing it was half of the small cub for $8 like. When i get it in store, it was a good size and it’s the reason i ordered from them. You can do better and need to know the amount of sauce to add on food

Usually I really like Freshii and I appreciate that they're a healthier alternative to fast food. However, I ordered a Chipotle Cheddar bowl with steak at this location and it was awful. The steak was grey, chewy, and clumping together. The rice had no flavour and was completely unseasoned, there was hardly any sauce on it. I work 5 minutes away and by the time I returned to work, I had to microwave it, it was cold, dry, and most certainly, wasn't fresh. I spent over $16, couldn't eat more than a couple bites, and they only filled the bowl barely above halfway. Not worth it at all. Sadly, I would not recommend this menu item and would opt for other locations over this one next time.
