I ordered creamy avocado with litchi jelly
Jelly were hard like made of plastic
When I complain girl working over laugh at me and didn’t listen
After eating those jelly my back teeth paining too much
Girl was sarcastic and not want listen worst customer service experience ever had

Got the mango bubble tea and was super disappointed to find that it was super watered down. Very disappointing as they were handing out samples at the door that tastes great. The taro bubble tea was too sweet. I dont understand why they'd say they use fresh fruit when I saw them use powder for the teas

Arrived 20 minutes before close and the door was locked - spent the time waiting outside in the cold hoping someone came. No one came to the door, and the open sign was still on. Horrible service. Don’t put open till 10 if your not going to be open. People drive from far assuming you’ll be open. Horrible service very disappointed

Got a large papaya pulse it was amazing. Enough for 2 people! So creamy, sweet (but not too sweet which is great), rich, and delicious. Friendly staff and quick service! Also love any of their mango drinks!

Bubble tea is good, and just like every other thing, thesedays the prices are touching the moon. For $8 per cup, one might consider it a dessert rather than a casual drink.

Asked for no sugar in one drink, half sugar in the other and she loads it with sugar. Puts 3 large drinks in a bag with no tray and flimsy lids. Spilled everywhere. Avoid at all costs.
