I just ordered 7 different drinks from here and we weren't impressed by any of them.
The honeydew slush & french vanilla/coffee were probably passable. The coffee smelt burnt sadly.
We had blueberry slush and it didn't taste like blueberry. The brown sugar tea, mango slush and mango vanilla, all of which felt like you're drinking watered down artificially flavored drinks. As mango lovers, we were very disappointed in the slush/smoothie.
I don't know whose reviewing and giving it a 4.4 but I feel like I got totally ripped off...

Went in today, paid for my drinks and sat down to wait for them. Along come a couple of teens, order their drink and stand around waiting. As the young lady preparing our drinks was working on them, one of the teens goes up to her and asks if she can get her drink quickly as she's in a rush. The young lady behind the counter obliges and gets her drink prepared ahead of ours, delaying us. Now, my complaint is not about the lady working. She was very friendly and tried her best to expedite the orders, but obliging such entitled customers instead of asking them to wait their turn as it is not fair to those ahead of them would have been the right thing to do in this case. If you're in a hurry, perhaps factor that in before you place an order when you see folks ahead of you in line. Another point of contention is after purchasing 6 large size drinks and collecting the stamps for a free 7th drink, I am charged a $1 upcharge for requesting a large drink. The owners should really re-think this policy as it is very petty, especially considering the high prices. Will probably be my last visit to this establishment.

I got two custom made bubble tea one with vanilla and caramel and another with french vanilla and taro. They both tasted the same, maybe it wass because I had gotten custom ones, the tapioca tasted good but the milk tea was very watered down. Would not recommend.

My fresh fruit smoothie was not made with fresh fruit. Mostly powders and syrups and like 5 blueberries. Tasted okay but false advertising. I'm sure the bubble tea tastes good but don't come here for smoothies.
