Galito's Flame Grilled Chicken (Mississauga)

Great service and friendly staff. The food portion is quite generous and the garlic sticks are very tasty and soft. The chicken liver is also very good.

Don't leave without drinking their chai. If not sure which flavor to order between karak, rose, cardamom or Kashmiri chai, ask to taste the flavours. Kashmiri chai comes with pieces of pistachio nuts and I think other nuts. From now on I will make a special trip to Galitos just for chai instead of going to my usual afternoon coffee place.

Highly recommend, got a chance to try there food. Love the food , amazing food chicken is juicy and full of flavors. Desert were again mouth watering.

Full-grilled chicken (spice level - hot) was a great choice for people who like spicy and yummy grilled chicken. The staff are pleasant and welcoming too.

Parking: Abundant space for parking the car. It is safe for parking too. I would recommend this plaza as a good one.

It is a great place because our regular place during my wife’s pregnancy as she loved their wings. The staff is really sweet and friendly.

Im gonna get straight to the point. Im not sure what sort of entitlement the cook at this location has. But he absolutely never wears a beard net. While he's hoovering over and cooking customers food. Its my 4th time today seeing him without one. . once I brought it up to the cashier. All of a sudden she has no woman rights. Her response. Is"I'm just a cashier here" his beard is as long as Jaffar from "Aladdin"

Very delicious roast chicken

Nothing more frustrating then when cashier does not get the order correct. I ask for mayor combo and veggie. I also confirm with the cashier the order she states yes. When I get the order I get only major burger and veggie burger. I ready waited 15mins, there is only two people at the front and busy. If the order was taken correct in the first.olace this would not happen. Frustrating experience. Cashier or front staff pay attention to orders

Hi. I just had my son's 12 birthday party at this location and it was absolutely amazing. The owner Mr. Aaryaman came in himself to personally see that everything for our party goes well. The food was the best food we have had from outside. My entire family a group of 17 people absolutely loved the food. Each and every single item was delicious. The entire staff from the girls at the front to the chef in the back were absolutely amazing and so kind and polite and cooperative. The portions were sooo large that we had 4 huge trays and 4 take out boxes of food left that we packed. We left a generous tip for the entire staff as it was well deserved and gave them birthday cake as well. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Great experience and will definitely be going back for future events

1st time getting Galitos expensive for what you get. The size of the potatoes serving is tiny check pic for the large patatoes and large rice makes no sense. Potatoes spicy when I don't eat spice and under cooked. All the food had to go in air fryer and the rice precooked to give it some better flavor. The chicken was not bad after put in airfryer as I asked for well done

Probably the worst Galito’s location. We went for dinner. The chicken was very dry. When I asked the server why the chicken was dry her response was they put it in the oven. Which made it clear why it was so dry and why they could serve it within 5 minutes of ordering. If you want chicken that is previously grilled and microwaved later, you should go to this location. Service was also substandard. The severs were making unnecessary noise while cleaning the tables after other customers left. It was impossible to enjoy the meal or have a decent conversation. They seemed very unhappy to be working. If you compare the service with other locations, it was so substandard. I would urge management to take a look into how the food is prepared and served. There is no short cuts in providing a quality meal to your customers. Also, some refresher training on customer service etiquette would be very helpful.
