Everyone should take their money elsewhere. Won't be coming back. Charged me full price for Wednesday 1/2 off wings because I couldn't finish and wanted to take home. Every time I come I always order extra to take home and never had a problem till July 12 2023. TERRIBLE management that is trying to take down any negative reviews since improving service is clearly beyond their capabilities. Leaving this review everywhere I can since owners main focus is taking down negative reviews.
fraudulent activities. this place scammed $170 out of us. beware of this establishment. keep an eye on your order check your bills twice, don't use the kiosk to buy cards! questionable terminals in use! I used my debit card to pay for games cards and weeks later even with the stamped proof of transfer by my bank this family entertainment center is still saying that this transaction never happened... don't be an unsuspecting victim of highway robbery!!
