Disappointed in the Easter Bun. Served it to friends and family and we all had the same response "this no Easter bun". I had great expectations that it would be superior to the store bought bun, but there was no fruit, nor spice and was very bland. I will go back to buying the much less expensive, but more flavourful, store bought variety.Addendum: Thank you for your gracious response. Perhaps I was too severe in my review, as it was a good molasses loaf, just not what me and my family grew up eating as easter bun. I guess every family has their own recipe for traditional baking.
