I honestly wouldn't bother ordering ahead online, because you'll just get multiple calls asking if you can show up earlier - and calls to continuously ask you whether or not you are close. I made an online order to be picked up at 6:45pm. I was called once by "customer service" (not shown on this screenshot, it's from another number) to ask what my order was even though I placed it online so they could see that , then I was also asked to verify the location I was picking up from, again, information they already had. I was then called again to ask if I could pick it up early, in which I said no... I made it for 6:45 for a reason; I was driving back from Milton in the early evening traffic. As I'm still driving back, I get another call asking if I was coming or not. Again. Yes. I'm on the way. I got another call from a different number, so I called Gino's (the outgoing call) and said yeah, I'm 5 or so minutes away, I'll show up.
I get in to the under construction plaza, and I walk in to get my pizza - whether he was trying to get funny or not - after 3 calls and 2 calls from a different number - I wasn't wanting to walk in and immediately hear "3 mediums? Finally." In which I responded "yeah well, I also made my pickup for 6:45 so.." - officially picking it up at close to 7pm because, again as previously stated, traffic.
Pizza tasted fine, but I wouldn't say it was worth being randomly hounded to come earlier and continuously asked when I was showing up, with a snide comment made to me when I did show up to pick up my order. 🙄🙄. Next time I'll just pick up from the ol' faithful Streetsville location. Much better there 🤘🏻 *Also no gloves or beard nets, dude was just drinking an iced Capp while prepping.*

The one star is just for the pizza itself; it was pretty good!
The staff, however, are...let's just say that it makes me so angry that there are many good people looking for jobs and struggling to find work, but the staff here are employed. They are so unhygienic (e.g., eating/drinking outside food while working, no hair/beard nets, no gloves), rude (e.g., impatient, sarcastic, arrogant), and, seemingly, very ungrateful to be employed (e.g., customer feels like a burden to even order there).
I was really excited to have Gino's after 10+ years, but wow... horrible experience. Anyone reading this should either avoid this location, or stick to other businesses like Pizza Pizza, Domino's, etc.

Yesterday I was in Gino Pizza after long time and I live near by but I don’t go that often and in mean time employees working there are changed and look like international students or something of course Indians and I ordered medium pepperoni pizza and payed 10$and when I asked for dip he said that cost extra like 11.50$ and I said I thought that’s included with pizza then he said what dip you want and he gave me but tone of his voice was rude and not professional I went outside and I saw again poster with pepperoni pizza prices and dip included and I came at door and I said to him yea dip already come with order and not separate pay and he said ok I already gave you just go and made gestures with his hands like leave and I told him that he’s rude the way he talk and to learn how to talk with customers.I don’t think that I will go there again anytime soon or maybe ever unless different people work cause this new people who work in evening don’t have any costumers skills at least (guy with beard) who was when I entered just sitting and acting rude ,I was there before many times but this is my only bad experience and with new employees working ,I will think twice where to buy pizza and maybe only go there if different employee works
The pizza we ordered was very good and well prepared. They offered plates for the food but no cups for drinks. A great place for takeout but not dine in in my opinion.

Pizza is good, customer service is good, ceaser salad sucks. They don't use ceaser salad dressing they give you the garlic parmesan dip that they give with their pizza. Lots of lettuce enough crutons very little to no bacon. Very disappointing ?

What incredible customer service this location has. I completed a delivery order and there was an error in delivery and was rectified immediately. I had either the manager or owner fix the issue and delivered my food on his own. Kudos to this location. This is the kind of businesses we want thriving.
