This location is excellent but the franchise/corporate is one of the worst I've seen. In one incident using their online ordering, they double-charged me and it took several long calls with their service hotline over a week to get the 2nd charge cancelled. A few years later I rolled the dice again and the location called me to say actually they're not delivering today and I would have to call the hotline again to get the charge cancelled! In this case the location gracefully made a special delivery just for me, sparing me another week-long saga to cancel a pizza. So 5 stars to this location and 0 for Gino's Pizza as a whole.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 💯 Outstanding...I tried so many pizza in this area, but couldn't find that taste. But this is the best one👌. If I say it's far better than PIZZA PIZZA 🍕 & Domino's, won't be wrong. Price are reasonable, & it won't heart your pocket. Above than that Service and quality are top notch. Specially NIRMAL. He is the one who serve us. He listen me & understood what I want, and made a pizza accordingly, which comes out amazing.
He is so polite and well explained my questions. Highly recommended. Will be back for sure. ⭐️
