Charged me full for topping and got me no chicken on pizza . Then I sent them pictures and they sent me a replacement. But had to keep my kids hungry for 1 hour because had to fight back with them.

Service was slow. Told us 15min max but took 40 minutes to prepare 2 pizzas. Topping on pizzas was less and not well distributed. Some of my pizza slices just have sauce and cheese even though it was chicken pizza. However, the taste was good.

Worst Gino’s location iv even been too. They seem to use a different product from other locations. The cheese was low budget no taste. The sauce was VERY sweet. The pepperoni was dried out. The pizza was absolutely the worst of any Gino’s . Not to mention barely warm. The fact I ordered a walk in and waited on location my pizza finished and I still had to wait an extra 10+min for customers ordering slices.
