Great for your average takeout pizzeria. The people working here tonight around 8:54pm were so nice to me. My ride was late and I wasn’t driving my car so they let me charge my phone. They made me a super hot, fresh pizza that came out quick and it was sooo good. The staff here are just really good people and a great look for Gino’s.

if i could give this place a zero I would! our situation happened Friday Oct 17th 2025. Called this location directly with no answer 5 times! so we called the main Gino line - the lady was less then happy to support. We told her our location and she took her order. 45 mins goes by and the drives calls, they wrote the address down wrong and he was 20 mins in the wrong direction. Keep in mind we told her our address 3 times. The delivery person stated we are out of their jurisdiction and to call a closer location. So... we call back the Streetsville location. another 2 times before someone answered. took 15 mins to place the order because we had to repeat ourselves, we even ask her to repeat the address to ensure it was prop this time. She stated 30 mins for delivery. 45 mins go by, we call she promptly says 5 more mins and hangs up. 5 more mins for what? till you make it, till delivery goes out? till it arrives at house? we waited another 30 mins. I call again. at this point we are done! i told them we will not be paying for the pizza when it arrives. The pizza arrives 10 mins later. I told the drive i was not paying and can take it up with the location- he called to confirm, spoke in their own language then said they need 50% then said they will take 30%. At this point we said dont worry about it we dont want it and walked away 5 mins later we get a doorbell and they gave us the pizza. WHAT A JOKE.... with all the running around and back and forth it was well over 2 hours before we ate. this is what the pizza looked like.... cutting inconstant and cold. This company needs retraining on customer service and new staff. I encourage you to take a look at your phone call recording from our original call to the main line. It states prior to speaking to anyone, that it will be recorded for training purposes. And... for the Streetsville location- WOW! how are you keeping customers if your not even answering the phone. We should have taken then as sign and moved on. We will never order from Gino's again.

I have ordered from this location maybe 3 or 4 times and for the most part the pizza was ok. But most recently I got there wings and I dont know what happen. The wings were cold mushy and very under cocked. It was so gross we didn't even finish the pizza for what I paid I was very disappointed. I would hope that this was a one off and the employees undstand the seriousness of serving raw chicken. Again for what i paid i would have have liked to get cooked wings.

I paid 16.5 for a medium pizza three toppings. Meat counts as two. The police had no menu. You just have to guess what you want. No prices know anything. They just list the toppings. I really didn’t like the menu because there’s there are none. And when I ask the Cashier, she said oh look at the menu that only has toppings and no price. Place was inconvenient. The food was good. The parking was accessible.

Ordered a chicken shawarma pizza(10 slices). The pizza had less than 10 pieces of chicken. When I called the store, the manager was in India and the lady in charge was very rude and did not want to listen to anything I said was not impressed at all. Stay away from this location

This happend on Sunday, March 23, 2025. My son and I have had a very bad experience consuming your pizza. It tasted stale and below standard. Within a couple of hrs both of us felt sick. I have personally never had a worse pizza.The service was very mediocre with no real interest. The person there on that evening didn't really care. I request the owner to be careful of who they hire. We have been a regulars at your other location and were never disappointed. Kindly review this and help loyal customers like us. Hope for better service and well made pizzas next time even at this location.
