Very bad customer service and called at 7 and they don't do delivery odd 🤔

Please hire more people for save uber, DoorDash, Skip drivers. Friday to Sunday are busy days

I like that they’re open late. Their pizzas are always good. I really like how they are located down the street from all the lounges and bars. Whenever I am in the Lakeshore area I always come to this location. I love Gino’s. they are always on point.

Undercooked pizza

I opened my pizza at the location, and when I took it home, one piece was missing. I had not expected that! So, if you order from this place, check your order before leaving!

On May 4th at 1:56am, I placed an online order with Gino’s Pizza. Shortly after, I received a call saying the order was cancelled due to a “power outage” and that I would not be charged. I even asked multiple times to confirm the cancellation and that no charge would go through.

To my surprise, I later saw a $26.09 charge on my Mastercard for the order I never received. I called again to resolve the issue and was told there would be no refund. So basically, I paid for a pizza that never arrived — and they’re refusing to make it right.

This is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. I’ll never order from this Gino’s Pizza again. If this is how they treat their customers, I’d recommend staying far away

Honestly really disappointed in this location. We asked for well done wings, fried. Instead we got barely cooked, baked wings. I love Gino's wings usually, but I definitely won't be back to this location for them.

Edited to respond - I've been to two different Gino restaurants since and haven't had a problem with the wings. I went ahead and fixed to a 1 star rating considering your response.

Great pizza shop hot and ready

Great food experience at this location. Great and friendly service and the food is very fresh. I tried their chicken shawarma pizza and was very impressed ad well as wedges and chicken wings which were also very fresh and delicously made! Thank you! Great amazing service.

Amazing food and amazing people

The food was good compared to the price but it seems that this place was made for delivery and takeaways more than dine in (which is not wrong)
