They served me under cooked chicken. I tried calling the restaurant and they were closed. Very apparent they were rushing this order and became negligent. Very irresponsible. Too early to say if I will get sick but if I do they will hear me. Already contacted Peel health and asked them to look into this restaurant.

When many customers say that the employee at the front is rude, it means she is rude. We are 5 people came at 6:00pm on Sunday and the website says that the restaurant is until 7:00 pm so we can dine in. The lady at the front said you have to finish quickly by 6:30 so that we have time to clean and she gave us a bad look. By the way we are customers of this place for more than 22 years. Then it took them more than 15 minutes to bring the food which I understand because it was pastries and it needs time to prepare it. The first batch of our order came burnt and we accepted it and did not say anything. She did not give us paper plates and napkins and she kept looking at us. Our order for 5 people was $118. (Not including water or drinks). That is expensive by the way compared to other restaurants. At least you should serve tap water with it and not force the customers to buy the water bottles. Will never come again. I was about to call the owner or the manager and complain but then decided to write a review. I work with clients and I know what is the good customer service.

My favourite place and the best place for man2eesh and falafel. Always fresh and delicious. That’s why I always come back. Highly recommend.

"I'm a regular customer and usually love all the food, especially the falafel. However, my experience on September 28, 2024, was incredibly disappointing. We had a large dine-in order, but the staff over the counter was rude and showed a lot of attitude. One of the employees from the back kept giving me side looks, speaking very loudly, and eventually started screaming, showing no respect at all. I'm deeply disappointed and will never visit this store again.

I asked for half zaatar half jebneh man2oushe
I ended up paying more than the cost of the cheese man2oushe alone or a zaatar man2oushe alone.

The zaatar was too much inside almost 3/4 and the cheese was 1/4 only.
When I told her that the cheese quantity was too low, she got defensive and said that is better than how they do it in Lebanon.
As a Lebanese +35 years old , cocktail man2oushe lover, such argument is not acceptable.

As for the service, there was no tray presented, so service was bad.
Bad and rude management

Update:
The person who identified herself as the owner, came very defensive when she saw my review. She tried to blame it on the man2oushe and me , instead of being responsible.
She started to talk to other customers to get their approval which was wayy not professional and she said that she has this place for 30 years, too bad not having proper communication, accountability and good service in 30 years.
So based on raising her voice and not having any customer service skills to solve such issue, I left.

Waited a long time for my order. Waitress dropped some fries from the plate to the table and instead leaving the dish with some fries she took the entire plate away to redo the fries. So I had to wait again and now the rest of the meal was not at the proper temperature. The dish was more expensive that what I received. Value for money is questionable.

I order chicken with cheese it was tast sooo bad the chicken was old and The taste is variable. It didn't seem to smell good when I opened the box. I try to eat but I couldn't stand the bad taste.so l threw in garbage

Owner is a complete racist, went to the store with my to be wife and as i dont know turkish he started talking in turkish with her saying You guys dont match , he dosent belong to you and racial remarks . Food was also not very much ok he told my wife to put 5 star to give discount, idk i feel like he was a total creep

Second time coming to this place! It’s honestly the best place to have manakeesh! Everything is so fresh! The waitress is always so kind and loves to interact which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!
