They have nothing, whatever you ask they will told you we have no more for today. In addition, they not offering any help to the customer such if you ask to heat up your sandwich or anything else. Always they said sorry not possible. The worst customer service ever I had experienced.

Bad Bad food presentation and service. Look how they respect the food they are serving. Never go their again. It was too expensive and not worth the service.

I used to be a loyal customer and often recommended this bakery to my friends. I genuinely trusted the quality of their pastries. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.

I placed an order two days ago for a gathering at my home and made sure to order well in advance so everything would be fresh. However, when I received the order, the pastries were clearly old—dry, stale, and tasted like they had been made days ago. I was honestly embarrassed in front of my guests.

I called the bakery to share my feedback, but I felt it was important to leave a review as well, so others are aware and hopefully don’t go through the same experience. People trust businesses, especially when ordering for special occasions, and it’s so important to deliver on that trust.

I truly hope the bakery takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality and freshness of their orders moving forward.

Simply I was looking to have ediable labneh manakish early morning but unfortunately I got it with onion, why on earth would you add onion to labneh? More over we requested kishk and it came spicy, I start wondering if I'm at Arabic shop or indian one, and upon asking the lady at a cashier why it's spicy cause I have a sensitive stomach and can't eat spicy food espically when it's first meal, she answer I sprinkled some spices on it and thats how we do it, despite we were not notified and nothing mentioned on their menu, who eats spicy manakish at 9am, only cheese was nice however the thickness of dough in all their manakish is thick enough to make you feel you eating a thick pizza plus it doesn't have any crispy edges, the only good stuff we had was tea cause it was self service water in, also we tried fatteh and it doesn't taste like fatteh from a professional place, it's more like a bunch of ingredients out togther but not mixed well, in another word do yourself a favour and don't come here if you have high expectations

I have to stick to a gluten free diet and this place offers zaater and cheese manoushe with a gluten free base. For somebody like me, it’s a heaven sent option. The manoushe arrived fresh and was delicious. I must add that this is not a designated gluten free facility, so there is a possibility of cross contamination. Please use your discretion while ordering.
