I've been coming here for years, and the staff is always super friendly and welcoming. They always remember me and greet me warmly, which makes each visit feel personal. The manager is especially kind and attentive. They consistently offer the best drinks and a great selection of accessories to go with them. I highly recommend this spot to everyone! 🫶🏻

Good service, but terribly sweet drinks. There are fun board games and two-player games though which is definitely a nice touch that other boba places wouldn’t offer. There are minimal seats and is located within a building that is a bit hard to locate. Overall, an okay location for Gong Cha.

I recommend you to go to a different boba company. I am an avid boba enjoyer. Normally, the stores I go to have excellent customer service skills. I cannot say the same for this store; had an incident at this location around two weeks ago with a worker who had an unprovoked attitude (from before I came in). I don’t really feel safe buying drinks from a place that has rude employees because I don’t know if they’re making them hygienically since they don’t care enough about their job. Will not be revisiting.
When I came here, I was so shocked cause I saw really handsome boy. He was smiling to me, he was welcoming to buy a drink. Therefore I bought Brown Sugar Fresh Milk and it was so delicious just like that boy. Also, the girl behind the counter was so nice, I think she likes that boy as well.
I did go here few weeks ago because I was excited for a Felix cup sleeve more than the drink 😭. The drink was really good though.l but the cup sleeves wasn’t available. But just wanted to know if the Felix cup sleeves are available now?
