Ridiculous service! The cashier's attitude needs to be checked as well. Was told it would take 10 min and I clearly told him my parking is just for 10. After waiting 15 min and renewing my parking he said 3 more and made us wait for 10 more min. I have never had to wait for 25 min for a Boba and he seemed to be serving people who came after us. Worst, no apology or anything just a bad attitude. Horrible customer service and will never return again.

Also the brown sugar tea tasted like milk and water. I am sure he did this on purpose as he saw that we were very upset with the service.

Loved this place, friendly staff had board games at the tables and good music choice. Gong Cha is now a place where I love to hang out with my friends. The quality of the bubble waffles and the bubble tea is isane. Love this place. Only con is that you might get some looks from the people passing by, but overall 10/10 experience. :

The whole place was nice, Me and my Friends was looking for a good milk tea place. It was nice as you’re able to sit and play connect 4, Checks and snake and ladders while waiting for you order.
